The family in the adjoining chalet 6B was incredibly noisy and this made for a difficult night's sleep at times.

A superb location with great amenities. The chalet made for the perfect winter getaway that we would love to do again.

The chalet could probably have better heating for winter (I think the bathroom was the worst) and there are only fans for summer. But there is a pool (we were there in winter so didn’t use it). The dirt roads have a few deep potholes, but I got used to avoiding them.

All the chalets are secluded and surrounded by beautiful trees with possums and owls. You feel really secluded, but you’re like 10 min from dunsborough and a lot of family activities, caves, natural wonders and wineries etc. The insides of the building were clean and comfy with a nice little kitchen and enough cookware/plates/glasses etc and laundry facilities. The rooms are quite modern and clean and comfortable. I just loved sitting on the porch and staring at the trees.

Loved having a washing machine available, but it would be even better with access to a dryer (even in a shared central location), as it was difficult to get clothes dry on damp days under the verandah line.

Perfect spot to unwind – surrounded by trees and wildlife, very peaceful but still close to everything. Lots of space and a great base for exploring Yallingup and surrounding areas.

Would have liked a log fire but the place was still kept cosy and warm by the heaters.

Beautuful peaceful Australian forest all around us. Visited by magpies, Kookaburras and kangaroos in the mornings and evenings. Paradise on earth!

Bbq area was not clean. I guess that is to be expected a little in winter as less use but hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time.

This accommodation is fantastic. I booked one night and returned from Albany the next day, adding two more nights. I recommend it to all travelers. The facilities are very clean, and the sound of birds chirping and raining is fantastic. It was a fantastic trip with the fresh air. I will definitely come back.

My boys will swim year around and were so disappointed that the pool was closed for winter!

Yallingup Forest Resort is a long time favourite of ours, we have been coming for an annual trip since my children were toddlers. This year's cabin was our favourite we stayed in! It's great value for money, close to both Yallingup and Dunsborough, and just such a relaxing setting in the forest. We love the forest animals the most! We will be back next year!

2nd bedroom needed a heater for kids. We really wanted to come back during summer school holidays but no aircon. Nothing else to not like, we had a fantastic holiday.

Very calm relaxing environment. Great spacious cabins. Fast wifi so could watch movies on chromecast. Fantastic Woodfired pizza on Friday nights. Nice little walking trail down to the park.
