We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaMaster bed was uncomfortable. Choice of pillows were either floppy or rock hard. No indication on taps as to which was hot or cold - not good for elderly people or those needing glasses. No welcome coffee pods for coffee machine, even for day 1. Felt like the sauce and few pantry items were left by other guests. For the price some of these things would have made it feel extra special. Darwin info booklet out of date. We had to move the furniture to watch TV. Very difficult to sign into our own apps on TV as it kept defaulting to the last person who signed in - Kayo, Google, YouTube etc. Instruction booklet was tailored for permanent residents not holiday makers. Instead of having to open every drawer to discover items it would have been great to have a list of what was included and where it was located.
Views great, location great, the extras's in the cupboard - esky, additional outdoor cushions, coffee machine and nothing locked away so if you needed extra body wash, light globes etc they were all in the cupboard. Definitely had a fair few family benefits e.g. pram, car seat etc which we didn't need but noticed. Liked the games we found in the cupboard.
