We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Saudi Arabia*The room had high windows typically unreachable and permanently locked. Therefore, no ventilation. *The added bed for the child was very uncomfortable, broken, and dirty. *The room had a fridge but it wasn't plugged in and we couldn't figure out how to plug it in. *The bidet in the bathroom was a direct hose without a bidet faucet. *The room had a dirty carpet. Old furniture. And bad lighting. * The Bedding was dirty and of low quality. * The WIFI was very bad. Didn't work properly and it kept disconnecting again and again. *No restaurants or markets nearby. * The taxi wasn't easy to get from there. * The bathroom wasn't clean. * Overall room wasn't cleaned properly. *Breakfast was rudely served. Hardly a few items in breakfast. 2 types of cheese, a few tablespoons of cream cheese, bread, olives, omelets, chicken mortadella slices only counted to 8pcs, tomatoes, and cucumbers with artificially flavored orange juice, and tea. (I liked the Tea by the way), jam and butter ONLY. No coffee.
One guy during the Night shift Staff was cooperative. Early check-in allowance. Spacious room. Plenty of sitting space. Excellent Air-conditioning. Extra electric socket plugins were available. We Liked the tea at the breakfast.

The location of the hotel is very close to the city center, my room was clean, tidy and very large even though it was a standard room.I recommend you to stay here

Qatar1. Booking.com website says private parking is available whereas there is no parking available and parking is done on the main road outside 2. Booking.com website says SPA tub is available whereas the jacuzzi of the SPA tub does not work and it works only as a normal bathtub. 3. Air conditioner does not work. 4. Some of the reception staff does not know english 5. Room cleaning and making up service is not provided, maybe available on request. 6. The room was not clean and cigarette butts were lying on the ashtray when we first entered the room. 7. Some electric switches worked while others did not
