RussiaThe room lacked some basic amenities — there was no proper blanket, and the hairdryer was extremely outdated and barely worked (the nozzle kept falling off). Worst of all, the room was heavily saturated with the smell of cigarette smoke, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless some improvements are made.
Breakfast was okay, though the selection was limited — mainly eggs, vegetables, and sausages.

Decent size room with plenty of sleeping spaces. Breakfast was included.

Israel1) unprofessional and unpolite staff- even if they dont answer the questions related to the hotel- if we can call out of hotel. In the entrance we asked for payment even if we had cards details in booking. When we got the room, reception called us 3 times amd once to the room as my husband said that I m in bath with my kids after a long way! 2)the hotel is old, damaged and dirty!!!! The HK didnt care about the faucet was broken, even if she didnt clean the water drops on it! There were coffee drops on all the walls by the guests beforehand that you can easily clean- but she didnt...the towels and the robes were torn and they put them over there for us. The toilet paper was the used one and she didnt change it. The color of carpet was so dirty and lots of stains! Also the windows... 3) as I mentioned we are 2 adults and 2 kids- reserved a suite!!- we had just a little bottle of water, 2 shampoo and 2 soaps, without body gel,2 tea bags and that's all even if not for 3....when we emtered to the breakfast, firstly they said that it s for just 2 adults, not for kids; waiter called to reception to clear.. kinda joke of nightmare!! I left the restaurant and asked to the reception to read the booking reservation as a tourism worker. 🥶and thennn they brought ti all of us a plate of breakfast: a ¼ cucumber, ¼ tomato, a boiled egg, a slice of butter and a slice of sausage and cheese...we left the table as it was to eat out. 4)when we asked to the reception to call for us a taxi the day before- he didnt state the right place and the taxi took us to the end of city and left there with 2 kids on hugs- hungry kids and far away from the world... lose of power, time and surely, money for the taxi. As I complained and stated all to FO supervisor, he didnt have any answer or any compensation option to give us. Definitely, this hotel ld be locked and not to accept any guest to show the hospitality or tourism in Azerbaijan. Absolutely not recommended
