comfortable and modern hotel is in the center of baku, in a very urban, modern, stylish neighborhood. Very nice young staff, always with a smile, positive vibes, beautiful stylish room with good bed, 2 different pillows (higher and lower), all comfort, fantastic freshly prepared breakfast until 11 :) … cheese, eggs, sausages, vegetables, and much more. Plus my husband loves sweet breakfast and they even had pancakes in two varieties and cake) . In so many hotels the breakfast room is sad, here you feel like in a nice café.

If I have to be picky, I would say the sound volume in the elevator was louder than expected. But again, I think I am being picky. I could not find or think of any other "problem" during my stay. :)

Suggestion: The breakfast was very good and had everything one could want – eggs, fruits, and pastries. To make it even better, it would be nice if the menu could change every couple of days so that guests don’t feel repetitive. Adding a few local specialties, such as eggplant with cream or hummus, would also be a lovely touch.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were spotless. The staff were outstanding – from housekeeping to the manager FUAD, who was extremely respectful and always ready to help us with anything, including directions around the city. Everyone was very cooperative and friendly. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from Nizami Street with all the restaurants, yet the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. A big thank you to Fuad, Sabina, and Javidan, as well as other staff members whose names I don’t know. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku. And a special thanks to Javidan for always serving us the most delicious tea!

The location is excellent and close to the old town and a park with excellent restaurants. The staff were absolutely brilliant...really friendly and super helpful A shout out to Sebrina who is not just very helpful but has great energy 🙏🏻 The GM also ..a great guy ....and all the other staff Great stay and well recommended Well done to all you guys Baku itself is a fantastic place to visit

All is good but They should invest on having a coffe machine to serve different types of coffee & have more options in breakfast. otherwise it was perfect :)

Very nice hotel in the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, excellent soundproofing, daily cleaning. All historical places and the boulevard are within walking distance, shopping center, shops, restaurants, banks, park, train station, metro, etc. everything is nearby. The staff is just super, the attitude towards guests is like with relatives, everything is super. We would especially like to note Sabina khanum, Rifan, Javidan and all the others whose names I did not remember. If you want everything to be great, then I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you guys, keep it up!

I recently stayed for three nights in a hotel in Central Baku and had an excellent experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, making me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was neat, spotless, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after exploring the city. The overall condition of the hotel was perfect — everything felt fresh, modern, and well cared for. On top of that, the location couldn’t be better, putting me right in the heart of Baku with easy access to all the major sights, restaurants, and attractions. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

Everything was excellent

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was nice and new (a little bit dark though). Cleaning is daily, they change the towels and replace the bottle of water if you finished it. Location was perfect for us, everything is in walkable distance. Breakfast was also good, they even prepare eggs as you wish. I would definitely come back, very nice place.

We stayed at Maestro Address Hotel during our trip to Baku and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. What really stood out was the staff — super friendly and always ready to help with anything. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, served on time. Overall, the hotel gave us a very warm and pleasant experience. If we ever come back to Baku, we’ll definitely stay here again!

The only one little obstacle we had is to resolve the CC payment which was taken care of by reception in a very polite way. There were no pressure and support from hotel's people.

The hotel has very polite and professional stuff. They make you comfortable and cozy, like home. Breakfast was nice and fresh each morning. Any questions or requests from our side were resolved instantly and helped us every time we needed their input. Solid recommendations for everyone who is traveling to Baku on business or leisure travel.
