The behavior and courtesy of the staff were impeccable in everything. When I pointed out a problem with the air conditioning and the bathroom, they were fixed in a short time. All the guys at the reception were good, but I singled out Elmira and Aykhan.

The soundproofing is weak. From room 101, the noise from the reception area, neighboring rooms, and the outdoor air conditioning is quite loud. It didn’t bother me, but it might be disturbing for others.

The location of the accommodation is exceptionally good. The metro station is just a 1-minute walk away, and the waterfront is 5 minutes away, making most attractions easily accessible on foot from the property. Majida at the reception is very helpful. It wasn’t a problem that I didn’t have cash on me—I was able to pay later. The breakfast is tasty.

Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay. Many thanks to the boy at the reception, Majid — he was very helpful. The hotel is located in the very center of Baku. The metro, the sea, the boulevard, and Park Bulvar are all nearby. Excellent staff and delicious breakfasts.

The shower was not properly sealed, so after showering the floor would get all wet.

Very friendly and helpful staff, specially Mecid who was very responsive. Excellent typical azerbaijani breakfast. Superb loocation (1 minute to Sahil metro station) ans 15 minute walking to the Old Town.

I stayed here during my 4-day trip to Baku, and honestly, Elmira was the highlight of it all! She was super friendly, always smiling, and made me feel really welcome. This was the first time I saw this hotel and I liked it very much, especially the location is perfect, the most famous restaurants are 5 minutes away from the streets, and right next to the metro, the hotel is only 3 minutes from the beach, the hotel is very clean and the food was good, the workers were smiling and friendly, Sabina, Murad, Mecid were all excellent workers, I will come again, thank you very much for everything

The hotel is simply magnificent! The cozy, homely atmosphere creates a sense of warmth and comfort. The rooms are beautifully designed, with a well-thought-out interior where every detail is in its place. The windows offer a stunning view of the Formula 1 track, and from the balcony, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. The attentive and polite staff make the stay even more comfortable. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this wonderful hotel to all my friends and acquaintances!

There is no Formula 1 view; the windows look out at the backyard, not at the street. Wifi was not great, I needed to look for a good spot in the room. I couldn't lie in bed and use wifi :( Breakfast was okay, but repetitive.

Great location 5 minutes walk from the city center or the Caspian see. Big clean rooms, everything was very nice.

In general, this hotel is cheating and this is actually commented by its guests at other customer review platforms. I am surprised that it has quite high rating here. These are my personal negative experiences: 1. It's nowhere near 4 stars as stated on this platform - it's 2+ in my opinion. The comfort level is satisfactory but not at a top level 2. The rooms need renovation, especially the mattresses - ours was extremely old and uncomfortable. Also, there is a high noise level in the rooms with street view, even during the nights. This is a common complaint from the guests 3. The hotel only accepts cash. According to other guests' reviews, for at least a year they keep saying that the terminal is broken or that they are switching from one bank to another etc. 4. The wifi speed was slow 5. No basic things like kettle, hairdryer, towel hooks. Also, no hygiene items like sanitary kit, shaving kit etc - only shower gel & shampoo are provided

First, it wasn’t mentioned “Maestro”. It was mentioned “Sahil Inn” and that made us confused where to find the hotel. Second, there was no free water in the room when we arrived, neither coffee. Third, the toiletries were limited. There was only tissue roll in the toilet. There was no tissue box in the bed room and living room. Fourth, wifi was unstable.

My husband and I loved the location. Absolutely perfect. There were many nearby places you can go by walk. Malls, restaurants, parks, etc. The staff were nice especially the lady who always serve our freshly made daily breakfast. The room was clean and huge space. They did effort preparing our room as we celebrated our honeymoon during our stay.
