The hotel is quite old and doesn’t match the photos online.It has a spiral staircase only, which will be an inconvenience if you have heavy luggage. The ac and wifi also wasn’t working well during our stay.

The room had a bad smell. The location sent by Booking was incorrect, which made me waste time searching and asking. The room door was not fixed well.

The location is perfect, so many restaurants and supermarkets are around, plus the main places to visit and explore are nearby (walkable distance) metro station Sahil is like 10min walk. The area seems safe to walk around at night, so many tourists and locals walking around. The hotel is on the 4th floor. Be prepared to take your bags upstairs... no elevator.

The hotel is on the 3rd floor with no lift , so it is difficult to carry luggage to the top, and going up and down is not easy. The entrance stair cases are covered with some carpet that has some smell, which is obviuous. The breakfast is very basic, like bread, egg and some cheese with tea or coffee which may be enough for many who dont have dietary restrictions like me. Room sizes are smaller for the price I paid, but the bed was fine. But the room carpet is not clean and fresh. I dont recommend balcony room as 2 AC ventilator in balcony. The less expensive non balcony room near to me had a sofa while i didn't have any.

Location is the best as it's just next to Fountain in Nizami and Old City. Walkable to beach side or other attractions. The staff are very friendly, especially Meri he was always helpful. Imternet was fine. I stayed on the balcony room, so balcony view good to street, but 2 AC ventilators throw hot air to balcony. If you get a cheap deal and fit to climb 3 floors, i recommend it.

There is no lift and hotel is located on third floor. Carrying heavy luggage is a challenge.

This hotel is at a prime location. Many places in Baku like carpet museum, Maidan tower, seaside boulevard and Nizami street are all at a walking distance. There are plenty of food joints around. Most of the restaurants around are costly. Its clean. Breakfast is very limited.

They need to improve cleanliness of the whole place, especially bathrooms in the rooms. It’s not dirty but it’s not clean either.

The location is perfect, right in the city center, close to all main attractions. Workers are very friendly, always there to help. Breakfast was nice.

The room has mosquitoes, the bathroom was ok but the hot and cold was not working properly, and aside from that the air condition when we check in was not working we decided to go out to have some walk and when we come back still not fixs. We wait for few hours to be relax inside the room.

The breakfast was ok but it was served a bit late it shoud be served at 7 am intead of 9 am early coz most of the guest have tour early like 8am- 9am and flyt as well, and they should have variety option of food for breakfast not everyday the same.

What we didn’t like was number 1 the toilet, they could have keep it clean and nicely. Something smelly on it and it is really hard to wash yourself in there. Clogs in the shower , faucet is scary to touch because it was not clean. Also be prepared as there was no elevator , so the floor was really high. But the rooms are nice.

The breakfast just typically normal nothing special but the helper was really kind and accommodating she also help you with what you need, her name is aygun and she is the best, the location is great near everything . Probably the best location .

The place itself. They said it's an hotel while it's not. Pictures are just for marketing but they should say the truth. Miral is very kind and helpful honestly speaking but they should learn how to deal with some certain things such as the toiletries

My room didn't have the window, i don't know about other room plus, the location is hard to find of google maps. But accessible. The place wasn't that great that i would take pictures.

Small but comfortable rooms , seema the kitchen lady was love. Subhan was nice to me and he even lent me his jacket. The other guy on the night shift was very professional and helped me when required. Rashad was just cute and handsome but stay away from him 😜 Accessible location

This is not really a super negative thing. The stairs. Hotel is on the 3rd floor but they will help you bring your luggage upstairs.

Their bed! Its not too soft and not too hard on the back. The staff is approachable too. Book the one with the balcony, it is really nice to take photos outside. There's a bakery nearby and grocery store, very convenient.
