We had a truly fantastic 5-night stay at Baku Villa OHO. Each morning, the delicious breakfast was a highlight, with a wonderful spread of fresh and tasty options to get us ready for the day. What truly made our visit exceptional, however, was the kindness and professionalism of the gentleman and lady who run the villa. They were attentive, welcoming, and their genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. We highly recommend Baku Villa OHO to anyone visiting Baku and hope to return one day ourselves.

Villa OHO is a true jem of the Caspian. Refined,elegant hotel,first line seaside.It is a true client-oriented one, I'm impressed.The hotel is a brand new one, absolutely european style, with modern and stylish interiors, so you still can expect fresh and spacious rooms with an excellent facilitues; cleanliness is ideal. It is very quiet place and owners are really taking care of that. Food is delicious. Azerbaijani-style breakfasts are fresh and tasty, from the menu I could recommend all kinds of fish,especially sturgeon😊The outdoor pool and area are extremely clean.The sea was warm and clear first couple of days, it all depends on the weather.The seaside is perfect for a long walks.The locals are very nice, friendly and helpful. I've spent here 5 days and feel totally recharged.It was my first ever vacation in Azerbaijan and I really enjoyed it. I'm really grateful to Villa OHO owners for the high level of their hospitality.❤️

The villa is very well situated, 2min to the beach, with good swimming pool The service and people are to kind The room was very confortable with very good equipment, and identical to the picture, it's very clean 👌 If you want to be in littel heaven to relax and reste you have to choose villa oho We spend 2 nights there coming from old city, we enjoyed the beach and the food 🥰🥰🥰 Thanks a lot to the owner and her son they were very kind and very helpful 😊 We will comeback to villa oho in our next trip to baku

We spent 10 days at this hotel with our family, and it was a truly wonderful experience. We all had a chance to relax and unwind completely. The hotel has a clean swimming pool with a beautiful view and a calm, peaceful atmosphere around it. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the hotel restaurant, where the chef prepares everything fresh and delicious. We enjoyed having breakfast, lunch, and dinner there every day. The hotel managers are incredibly caring and genuinely go out of their way to make sure every guest feels comfortable and well looked after. Another thing I really appreciated was how close the sea is—just a one-minute walk away. You can go down to the beach any time, and on the way back, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower. We were also lucky to enjoy several live music concerts during our stay, featuring performances on the saxophone and violin. These evenings added something special to our trip. I highly recommend this hotel for a summer holiday with your family. It’s the perfect place to recharge and enjoy a truly relaxing break.

Only the language but they try

Hotel is cozy, spacious, clean, well equipped with amazing sea view and access to the sea. It is exceed our expectation, their food really delicious. It is really a wonderful place to stay snd chill. The location, the property as well as the hosts were amazing, especially the owner was a very kind, and humble soul. I'd genuinely recommend everyone to stay here and we would definitely stay there again.

The steps down to the beach were slightly precarious. Maybe premium products could be used in the bathroom? There is not much in the local area. We walked to the Seaside Restaurant one night. You can walk there on the beach but your feet will get wet due to the streams. Or you can walk 10 minutes along the road but my dad did not feel safe walking that way. The pool inside had a very slippy floor and was cold.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and kind to my pre-schooler. Breakfast is so good. The food is really good. Loved the property and sitting outside by the pool. The beach is just there! Hotel felt very safe and secure. Early check in and rooms were ready.

After touring Baku we were looking for a beach break and found Villa Oho on Booking.com This is a 5 Star Villa/Hotel at reasonable prices All the rooms are excellent as we were shown 4 types We opted for the pool view room as it opened directly to the pool Our friends picked up stairs rooms and were equally impressed Its brand new so everything is in pristine condition We ate dinner here every night as the menu was extensive and fairly priced What makes this place special is the staff They will go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay,whether its outdoor breakfasts or drinks upstairs nothing is too much trouble A big thanks to Sevinj and (orhan ?) who made us feel at home and looked aftervus so well 🙏 Would highly recommend

There was a sensor in the bedroom and in the bathroom which is a violation of personal rights and privacy. This censor can be used as a camera as well. Which is a huge minus for me for the hotel. Television wasn’t working. There was very few waiter and couldnt find them all the time to request for something.

Everything was great, no complaints at all.

Management is exceptional. They always check on you and always are very responsive. The Restaurant on site is amazing. Dishes are absolutely delicious, we didn’t find anything we didn’t like. Orhan and Sevinge are amazing. Beach is great and so close to the villa. If you want to get to the pool, it’s great too.

Cleanliness of some bits of the room could be improved. We stayed on the ground floor and in one of two rooms there was a strong drainage smell majority of the time. When we first entered that room we found someone's contact lenses on the main table, two of four pillows had pink makeup or nail polish stains on them, toilet had stains under the seat cover. The swimming pool is stunning, but stairs were slimy on the edges, there were also paper or other fiber stuck the filters of the pool at the edge of it. Sink in the "smelly" room was also clogged, water didn't drain for a while. The hotel is located in a local village and it was hard for our driver to find the way first time. There are little signs on the way pointing the directions but they are hard to notice sometimes especially in the dark. These were just little inconveniences though which didn't affect much on our pleasant experience of using the hotel. Overall the impression is still good.

The Service was very good. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Nice relaxing atmosphere.
