Parking facility is very limited and shall be reserved at the time of booking. Early departure with my car was hindered because of unloading of truck blocking the one way access road to the hotel.

The air-conditioner in our room was broken. The staff did their very best to fix the issue but the hotel was full so we couldn't be moved. The staff provided a portable fan.

Location was great. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was really quiet. They provided a separate, gluten free breakfast for my girlfriend who has celiac disease. We could store our luggage after checkout while we explored the city further

Although the rooms are clean and so is the bathroom- there is a certain musty smell in the bathroom. AC is also not very strong as rooms get and stay quite hot but windows can be opened at night easily.

Very central location in Sarajevo and friendly staff who make you enjoy your start in the city a lot. Breakfast is quite extensive and delicious.

The bathroom was below expectations for a suite – the hairdryer didn’t work, and overall the bathroom felt a bit outdated. Parking was inconvenient: cars are parked in a narrow alley, one behind the other, and you have to leave your car key so the staff can move vehicles around. This wasn’t clearly communicated in advance.

Excellent location right in the heart of the old town, perfect for exploring Sarajevo. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay

I think sound and smoking could be handled better. The guests in nearby rooms were acting as ifnthey were at home. Staff needs to mention the house rules at the very beginning, because people were still screaming and smoking inside the rooms. It's a bit noisy during the day and until 23:00 pm. At least with street facing rooms.

Breakfast could be improved as the items seemed of poor quality. The staff were very friendly especially the manager who picked me up from the airport. There was a fair amount of street noise but largely reduced by closing the windows however the radiator being on made the room a bit stuffy. The bed was very comfortable. Water in the fridge might be a nice touch although I think you can drink the tap water. Location can't be beaten

The ladies at reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were very grateful for assistance received in persuading a reluctant mechanc to come to the hotel to deal with an electrical problem with our rental car.

The hotel/rooms are bit old but they were clean. Not enough room for breakfast, overcrowded but the staff there is amazing trying to help with anything you need.

Upon arrival, the lady was very welcoming, explained everything we needed to know. It was a pleasant start to our stay. Tasty breakfast. Amazing location
