The property was in a fantastic location- there’s a small supermarket 2 mins up the road (which takes card!) and the old bridge is 5 minutes walk away. The staff working there are wonderful. On my last night I got really ill, and Tyler at the front desk helped me carry my bags to the break room, let me sleep and recover down there all day, then called me a cab and helped me get to the bus stop. Raymond worked around me when I was late to check out because I had been ill and we had a nice chat. They were so kind and accommodating which honestly makes such a difference when you’re travelling alone and bad things happen to you. I nearly forgot how sick I felt- they were so kind to me. The tour which they offer at the hostel is magnificent and spectacular value for money- and the owner who takes you himself is so charismatic and funny, which makes it that much more special. He took just me and one other guy out on this tour, helped us out when we didn’t have cash at cash only spots, drove us through checkpoints where others had to walk (because he had the “Balkan secrets”), taught us bits of Bosnian history all while making us laugh non stop- all round he made the tour that much more special- so while there are others out there, I don’t think any would be quite as fun as the one the hostel offers. The rooms themselves are really comfortable and quiet. The air con was a godsend. The Wi-Fi works well. Everything is very clean. All up, this place is extraordinarily good value for money.

The dorm size conplete with big lockers and bed curtains that block early morning light. It was the first really good sleep I ve had after a week in Bosnia....really needed it.... also the cleanliness and the smiles and friendly, chilled, helpful staff

The bathroom felt stuffy and really hot as the only air comes from a really tiny window

The staff were some of the kindest people going, the owner was always there to help out and the tour offered was the best value for money and showed me so much of the surroundings of the city. Will be going back in the future and urge everyone to pick this hostel

It is a good hostel with good location. Nice staff workin in there. Good AC.

After a workday I would have wanted to enjoy one cold beer alone in the garden and was not allowed. Everyone needs to be in bed at midnight.

    Property response:

Thank you for your comment. The reception, garden and common room close at midnight. You don't have to go to bed, that's nonsense. You can return to your room at any time you want

Fedja and volunteers was always helpfull and you really feel balkans hospitality. Welcome ice tea at the beginning. Confortable beds with curtains, towel, room was very clean, very good wifi, small kitchen and I enjoy there. I booked tour with them, it was much more cheaper then book with someone else, with professional description of each vistit place. Best value for price! Recomended!!

The location was great close to the old town and.The staff is here to help you with evrything. The beds were comfortable with curtains, the bathroom clean, there was air conditioning in the rooms, the kitchen was nice. And the tour they offer is incredible and would highly recommend going. It is good value for money, the owner takes you on the tour and is so friendly and lets you choose your own pace, and you get to see so much of the surrounding areas.

Very good hostel. Stuff is friendly and helpful, hostel has also good location, near to old town. In rooms they have curtains on the beds so you have allways privacy. Near hostel is few pubs, some shops and the best and cheapest bakery in Mostar.

The owner was lovely upon arrival to check in, and helped me with my bags to my room explaining everything to me. I loved the privacy curtain and size of lockers! The bed was comfy and it was only a short one night stay for me but met everything I needed before going for my original booking elsewhere the next day. Would definitely go back here. The atmosphere seemed good and they were running tours each day. The person on check out offered to help me with laundry as well when I was seeking somewhere to go en route to the next place.
