Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Fantastic location for the old city and lovely hotel and very big and comfortable suite. What made it however was the staff. Very difficult in the small streets as to where you are going to park. They spotted us, directed us to park at the front door and took our car away and parked it for our duration. Very grateful with two dogs in hand and a lot of luggage. When we were leaving they had got our car and packed it for us. Perfect all round

The location of the hotel is great. You can easily walk everywhere. The hotel staff is extremely helpful, polite and open to communication. The reception makes a great effort to answer your questions. The restaurant part of the hotel and the breakfast are very good. The rooms are extremely comfortable and very clean.We checked out of the hotel on Sunday, March 9. I forgot to ask the name of the young man at the reception. I would also like to thank him for all his helpfulness, organizing our airport transfer, his attention and his smile.

SpainThe door automatic locking was not working, so we were given with a manual key. The room was near the street and you can hear the traffic all night. Also, there is music in the lobby and stairs and we could hear it from the room at night. Nothing of all that is a total disaster, we could live with it, but it is a 5 stars hotel pretty expensive, so I would expect everything to be excelent.
It is a good hotel at a very convenient location. Right in the city center but outside the pedestrian area.

The hotel is really a 5 stars hotel. The quality of the service, of the rooms and of it's ameties are really very high. The common areas are not very big, but everything is very new and nice. The location is perfect for tourists. As there weren't many reviews yet when we booked, I was a little reluctant (as the price is quite high) But we really enjoyed our stay and I am very glad that I chose it.

We were treated like family and the staff was always ready to help us with anything. The bathroom is really spacious, beds comfortable en you even get a nice personal welcome card when you arrive in the room. The hotel bar looks very nice and you can have some nice small dishes there too, next to the official restaurant.

The rooms were beautifully designed with a modern touch, offering incredible city views, high-speed Wi-Fi, and plush king-size beds that made each night’s sleep blissful. The highlight, however, was the exclusive cigar bar, Apeiro by Mareva. Inspired by the charm of the 1920s, it exudes an old-world ambiance, with leather armchairs, intimate lighting, and a superb selection of premium cigars. This sanctuary became my go-to space for unwinding each evening. The staff expertly guided me through their menu of high-quality cigars and handcrafted cocktails, each pairing tailored to create a unique sensory journey. I felt transported to a world of timeless luxury and relaxation, where every puff and sip was an indulgence. Apeiro Hotel managed to offer something I rarely find—a perfect fusion of sophistication and comfort. It’s not just a stay; it’s an experience that left me looking forward to my next visit.

GermanyBesides all the good things, but I personally think they need to step it up a bit to fulfill the expectations of a 5-star hotel. The hotel is quite pricey, therefore we expected it to be already there. Unfortunately there is still some room for improvement. However, I think this can be an amazing hotel right in the heart of Sarajevo if they touch a bit here and there up. Even the room was nice, but the size was quite small. The room size was suppose to be 26qm. But since the bathroom was so spacious, the actual room was a bit small and narrow. There was not enough space to put two luggages. That was a bit unfortune. There were quite a lot of remains from the construction of the hotel, which seemed not to be finished (like a hole in the wardrobe where cables came out, holes behind the sink, not mounted heater in the bathroom etc.). Also the windows are not soundproof. Even with closed windows, it was quite noisy. Since the hotel is located in the city center between a tram line and the bar street, it tends to get very loud during the night. The minibar was included in the price, which was really nice and unexpected. However, we were not informed about it during check-in. Guests need to scan the QR code provided in the room to get that information. I think it would be nice to add this during check-in, because it is certainly a unique feature, which not every hotel offers. The room offers a coffee machine, but unfortunately there was no water kettle or tea maker. There was an open sugar bowl in the room, which was a bit odd, since I consider this a bit unhygienic. The hotel has a gym and a sauna. The gym has really nice exercise machines. Very clean and in a nice wooden look. However, since the sauna is in the same room as the gym, it is very hot in there. Also the decision to put both in one room seemed a bit strange to me. It would have been nice if the sauna would be a bit more private. It is a bit odd to watch other guests exercise while sitting in the sauna.
It is not that easy to rate this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and very much willing to fulfill all wishes and answer all questions. The hotel has a parking service, which was really nice. Behind the hotel is a small parking slot where they park the cars. I considered it safe. The room was nice and the bathroom was very spacious with a walk-in shower. The hotel has a bar and a lovely terrace. The breakfast was fantastic. They offer a small buffet with lots of local food, which I highly appreciate. Additionally guests can order dishes from a menue (e.g. egg benedict). The service during the breakfast and also dinner is exceptional. They really take care of their guests and make sure everything is perfect. Due to heavy rain we also tried the restaurant. Since the hotel is located right in the city center and tons of restaurants are close by, we probably wouldn´t have tried it if the weather wouldn´t have "forced" us. However, I can really recommend this restaurant. We tried the 3-course-menue and even the prices are a bit higher than usually in Bosnia, but this was really worth the money. Excellent kitchen. Exceptional cuisine. I can only recommend to give it a try. It is worth it.

The room is quite pricey, but we don't feel we are staying in a 5-Stars hotel room. Even the room was nice, but the size was quite small. There was not enough space to put two luggages. This was a bit unfortune. No tissues box were provided. We found the mounted heater in the bathroom were broken when we first entered, than we found hole in the wardrobe. There are only 4 clothes hanger in the wardrobe, which is too little for a 2 guests room. The windows soundproofing were bad. Even with closed windows, it was quite noisy. As it near to a tram line and it tends to get very loud during the night. The room has a coffee machine, but unfortunately there was no water kettle, as not every guest is a coffee drinker. There was an open sugar bowl in the room, which was a bit odd, I consider this a bit unhygienic. Suggest to cover it. Every morning, we were served juices with different type of glasses (sometime clear glasses, sometime brown tainted glasses). I think as a 5-Stars hotel standards, it should be standardizes.
first of all, the staffs was extremely friendly and very helpful, particularly one young man front desk staff (sorry I didn't remembered his name). The hotel location were perfect as it located just 2 mins walk to reach the old town center. The room were relatively small but the bathroom was very specious. The service during the breakfast were good. The uniqueness of this hotel is providing guests with free-flow of mini bar drinks (bottle waters, orange juices, tonic waters, Cocoa,etc). Keep up the unique features!
