Parking was thight and challanging due to the narrow streets. We had to pay extra for the morning coffee however the breakfast was included in the price. Was not disturing, but was just a bit surprising.

Really kind staff, great and delicious breakfast. Nice room, what we got had a wonderful outlook to the city center.

A very good hotel with a friendly staff. The location is excellent — it’s in the city center, yet the surroundings are quiet. It’s close to all the main attractions. I would have liked a bit more variety and options for breakfast, but everything that is offered is delicious. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Loved the location but no mention of the uphill walk to get there in the first place! Great staff. Lovely decor, smart design. Good breakfast. Cable cars 3 mins walk. Fab pizzeria a minute away. Gorgeous mosque right on the end of the road.

The hotel is wonderful. I had a blissfully quiet room on the top floor, set into the eaves, like my own apartment in London. Only 5-10 minutes walk to the old quarter of Sarajevo. Free parking if you reserve in advance. A quiet neighbourhood.

All was OK, just if you are tall, please ask for a room on other floors then 3rd 😊.

Great location, only a few minutes from old town, just if you walk take into consideration that this is up the hill, so comfy shoes is a must 😊. Breakfast is good, not too much of a choice, but all is freshly made. The room was nice, electric kettle and tea in a room. Swimming pool was a great addition, you can have a rest there after a day of sightseeing.

Our first experience with this property is getting to it. The GPS tries to take you there but with one way streets, it can be complicated. Putting a sign to the hotel under the street name would be very helpful or some explanation in the messages on Booking might help with a number to call if assistance is needed. Free parking lot right by the hotel but it does get crowded. Once we parked, we did not use need to use our car. Taxis also very cost effective. The most negative thing we dealt with at Diamond Rain Boutique Hotel during our stay was an odor in our bathroom which was off putting. I am not sure if the same holds true for other rooms. The hotel staff were aware of the problem and while we were there, immediately had a maintenance team come to look into it. I am sure it has been dealt with now.

We liked the proximity to Old Town. All downhill. It is also a five minute walk to the cable car. The staff were very helpful, warm and friendly. Helped us with our luggage. We had a large room with a small kitchen area. It did have a disproportionally small bathroom. The rooms were very clean and bright. The breakfast was good, but it gets busy so you may to get there earlier.. The women that was there every morning to help was lovely.. Great looking pool area although we did not use it. You could tell that the staff took great pride in their hotel. And also there is an elevator as well as a little patio outside with tables.

The infrared sauna was almost at room temperature—not even warm. On our second night, the swimming pool was closed without any notice or explanation. The parking lot is not secured, and in the morning I found stains of red paint (I’m still not sure it wasn’t blood) on the car. Nothing a car wash can’t handle, and again, not really the hotel’s fault, but still something to consider if you’re traveling by car. Other than that, everything was quite fine.

The hotel is located near the center of Sarajevo—a very convenient place if you want to reach the center on foot. Getting here by car is tricky, but that’s not the hotel’s fault; it’s just the reality of the city itself, with its narrow streets crowded with parked cars and very little space. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. There is a decent swimming pool in the basement. It’s not large, but there’s enough space to swim a bit. The breakfast was nice. Nothing fancy, but the quality of the food was good.

The staff were very kind and helpful. A rarity indeed. The weather was cold for May but the heater wasn't available due to a centralized setting but the staff brought an electric heater which worked fine and made the night comfortable. I was also able to check out late, I truly appreciated it.

Getting there -> google maps shows they wrong way and because the district is hilly, it is difficult to turn around. Some skills to drive a car are required ;) Breakfast could be more diverse.

Great staff - very helpful people, you can come to them with any question and they will help you. The location of the hotel is very good - in Bistrik very close to the city centre and majority of attractions that are in Sarajevo.
