Property, the cottage where we stayed. Rooms were full of mold. It smelled like mold. They shouldn't charge €100per night, while it's not healthy to sleep where there is Mold on the walls.

Soroundings were beautiful. Nature is amazing. Bears were really nice to see. Hiking, clean environment.

The towels are old and torn. The apartment is too perfumed to mask the fumes from the pipes. There is no hook for towels in the toilet, no holder for toilet paper, shampoo, etc.

Well the apartment wasn't maintained, a lot of broken things inside and location because of the ski lift you can not cross the road from 9AM till 4PM and from 6PM till 9PM which is really bad... There is a lot of wolking from the centre but it is amazing if you like nature...

Mana kompleksa su restorani, od 3 restorana 1 samo radi i to izbor hrane nije nista posebno, u suštini roštilj samo, kreditne kartice se ne primaju u restoranu.

Newly opened restoran is dirty, ugly and menu is awful. Receptionist was away for a lot of time, I came three times and doors were locked. Guys operating ski lift are drinking alcohol at plane sight.

Location is perfect but sadly their restoran was closed because of a inspection. Came here for 5 years and they had perfect restoran with great food and great view.

The room was cold. The room missing many Hotels essential accessories. the hotel close check-in at 08:00 PM. The room lights. The area is too scary after sunset.

We book the villa in this resort because we thought that everything is available for the kids activity, zoo and close to the small lake so we didn’t need to go somewhere else. However, the resort website and description in booking lacks of transparency. The resort is very old and lack of maintenance and is broken. Everting is broken or damaged inside the accommodation and most the resort facility - The restaurant and café kitchen close at 6pm, plan your time else eat somewhere else or make you own food - They don't have 24/7 reception and you have to call them. - Paintball – not available , children's playground – we did not see it, Adrenaline park – damaged , teleferic – not working. Fish Lake – stinking water not clean - The villa was having smoking smell, and cooking smell , as if you sleep in the kitchen - the windows are permanently closed, there is no ventilation, you have to open the door to get fresh air - the roof which should be a setting area, is not cleaned and all the realigns damaged - the Sunna is not working wen we asked the reception they did not reply - we could not use the jacuzzi because there is no enough worm water in the water heater. - The floor is sticky, it looks not cleaned . - the beads make sound when ever you move , it was not comfortable to sleep - there is no Iron for clothes, we asked reception the did not bring it. - Kitchen does not have the basic amenities , so if you want to make tea you have go to the supermarket and by everything.

The country charm is irresistible. We stayed here first in December and fell in love with this place. When snow covers the ground it looks magical. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a warm welcoming stay. The stuff is always ready to help and very kind, receptionist was there 24/7 for easy check-in and check out.

Rezervisali smo apartman s balkonom i pogledom na planinu. Međutim, balkona nije bilo iako je apartman bio identičan onom sa slika na Bookingu. Pogled na planinu smo imali samo ako se zavučemo i provirimo kroz bočni prozorčić. Također, s razlogom smo uzeli apartman s kuhinjom-često nije neka ponuda hrane na Vlašiću van sezone, ali kuhinja je bila slabo opremljena posuđem, jedna mala šerpica nije dovoljna, pogotovo za ljude koji ostaju tu nekoliko dana.

Lokacija je odlična s obzirom da su dječije igralište i ZOO vrt u krugu hotela, te je super za porodice s djecom. Također, tu je i restoran s odličnim ćevapima i kafom s prelijepim pogledom na planinu. Apartman je star, ali posteljina i kupatilo su čisti.

Road to hotel is very difficult - hotel are vey old- furniture and toilets are worn out - insects and cockroaches everywhere- heating systems not working- flooring are full of dirty- toilets full of leaking water from shower mixer - beds blanket are dirty

Wifi was unavailable as their was stormy weather conditions all night but that didn’t spoil our stay.

Everything. I have stayed with family / friends at Eko Fis for 7+ years during the summer in their Tamara house which is amazing. This time around we’ve come for the new year period & have travellers alone with the missus rather than a bigger group so we didn’t need such a big cabin & instead found the house Lavisa which was a smaller option for us. It was literally a compact version of the bigger cabin we’re used to stay in year in year out. Perfect size for 2. Has everything you could need in a cabin far away from society: big comfortable bed, equipped cooking stations, hot water. great overall stay. Again.
