Location and cleanliness are great. Rooms are neat but slightly on the smallish side - which is to be expected I guess considering where you’re at.

Late night music outside the hotel - I liked it but my toddler didn't! :)

The location was perfect - short walk to the old bridge and right in the middle of the old town - the staff were FANTASTIC each one of them were extremely friendly and helpful - I travelled with my wife and 2 young children as well as my 2 elderly parents - the level of care and service we received was amazing- each of the staff went above and beyond so I won't make them all - would recommend to everyone

Great location and walkable to everywhere in old town. Good restaurant and friendly staff. My room was a a walk up. I did get help with luggage. The AC worked well! You’ll need it in Mostar during summer !

Rooms and washroom were a bit small and we had to climb stairs . But manageable.

It’s in the main location. Hardly 3-4 minutes walk from famous old bridge. Breakfast was super awesome , we felt like kings and queens . Staff was very friendly and accommodating . Smiling all the time . Front desk manager , Valadina, was very helpful. All the bell boys and other staff was very courteous.

Everything was perfect!

The breakfast was amazing. There were loads of options. The location was 10/10 if I ever come to Mostar again I would only ever stay here. It was literally a 2 minute walk to the bridge. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and provided us with everything we needed.

The only down point I have is they promised me a breakfast bag to take with me when I checked out (I checked out quite early) as I had paid for breakfast included but sadly I didn’t get anything, which is a bit of a shame but its a busy hotel and restaurant so I can understand why it got forgotten.

This hotel has the best location being in the middle of everything - you’re amongst the shops and restaurants as soon as you step foot outside! The rooms are clean and a good size (although the bathroom is on the small side). The breakfast is also brilliant and they serve a huge selection right to your table.

We liked everything about Hotel Emen. The location was fantastic,.right in the heart of old town. Great breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was modern, clean and had the most comfortable bed I've had in a long time. Water pressure in the shower was strong.

Some of the faucets and handles were loose and worrisome, 35 steps was sometimes a bit much but al all ok

We arrived and were greeted by a young lady that spoke English very well with a wealth of information and a willingness to help during our complete stay. We were helped up the stairs with our bags, we enjoyed the balcony, the breakfast included was also tasty and bountiful. We offered 10% discount on any meals at their restaurant so ate dinner there each evening as the food (kebabs, trout, spaghetti bolognese for eg. ) very tasty. We could not say enough good things about our stay here and would love to return to Mostar again some day. ALL the staff were exceptional

Everything was great! Note for your arrival - come via the new town as the cobbles in the old town are hard with a bag.

A very comfortable stay with great views, a terrace, super helpful staff and perfect location. The breakfast is delicious and enough food to take you to dinner. They also helped organise a local driver to tour local towns.
