Location

Very nosy, telephone didn’t work nor could be repaired, no instruction was provided where and how to park the car, couldn’t control the room temperature, impossible to close bathroom door etc!

I took massage services and both the pool and the massage are good. Definitely recommend! The breakfast has very good variety and were delicious. The comfort that the hotel and the staff provided were excellent, I'd come one more time.

Since the area is in the middle of town and it was the festival time; at night it was a little bit noisy.

The location is superb, right in the center of old part of the city, minutes away from main culture attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The spa center was small but enjoyable. In my opinion a good value for money.

Parking in the garage house was charged extra. Don't expect too much from the spa - there was one pool and the sauna was turned on upon a request. The hangers in the bathroom were all not properly mounted to the wall and were hanging loose so you had to hang your towels rather carefully.

Great location, directly in old town. Very helpful staff at the reception.

Furniture feels a bit outdated. Very limited options for breakfast. Not sure if housekeeping was cleaning the whole room or just changed the towels only.

As usual, it's an excellent stay in an iconic hotel. Always a pleasure as this was one of many stays

Perhaps it's time to slowly refurbish the bathrooms. Not bad at all, but it's a bit worn out.

It’s barely 2 stars hotel, the bed was not comfortable at all , the room is dirty, i had to pick up something from the floor and I was shocked by the dust under and around the bed . It was disappointing.

A limited breakfast for a 5 star accommodation. The staff could do with some training. Cleanliness and maintenance in the common areas could be improved
