Bathroom floor was wet all the time and it had a disgusting carpet. Only one key for the room. Bad english. It took an hour to check-in, even when we told when we are coming in advance.

There was not enough bathrooms for the amount of guests so you were always waiting for a spot. The bathrooms themselves could use a good cleaning and general maintenance.

There is no reception. You'll need to call someone and wait for them to come and let you in. There are only two bathrooms, one on each floor for the whole hostel; you can expect to wait long before you go in to do your thing if there are many guests. You cannot have a quiet sleep even in the private rooms as there is no sound insulation in any shape or form. Finally, if cleanliness is your priority, this is not going to be your choice.

It was cheap. I got a private room for a very good price. Compared to other options in Sarajevo's city center, this hostels offers the most competitive prices.

The owner was very friendly, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked properly, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, there was no hand washing liquid, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Only two toilets for the whole accommodation was a bit challenging sometimes and they could be cleaner. The common area in the garden could be better maintained and used it as a space to chill and to meet other travelers.

Good place with friendly staff! My partner and I had a private room with shared bathroom in the lower floor. The room was clean and more quite than the first floor where the dorm is, so we could enjoy it better. Soap, toilet paper and towels were included. Hot shower works well if you turn on the heater 15’ before, otherwise it is off (would be nice if they explained it in the check-in). Each floor has one full toilet and kitchen with essential equipment for simple cooking. There is free coffee in the mornings.

I needed a last-minute choice for Sarajevo due to rescheduling part of my Bosnia trip at the last minute - and ended up choosing this Hostel. Whilst the facilities were more basic than other hostel I'd stayed at in Bosnia, I'm still confident in saying that this Hostel had everything that I needed, and that I was comfortable and made to feel welcome. The gentleman working there who stayed up late to allow me to check-in was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay.

One domiciliar bathroom to share with everyone is not enough. And the shower has no curtain, so the floor is always wet. Overall it could be cleaner as well.

Staff are very inattentive and often not around. We had to wait for 1 hour to check-in and there was never anyone around to ask questions about facilities (e.g., the laundry). Kitchen had dirty plates/cups in it for the full 3 days we were there. Bathroom didn't have soap.

Hostel is located nice and close to the old town, and less than a minute from the brewery! Very cheap price which was nice.

Shower needs a curtain because the whole bathroom floor gets absolutely soaked whenever someone takes a shower. Also there is an unnecessary window between the kitchen and dorm, which means when the kitchen light is on, the dorm is lit up, not good for sleeping.
