Nice, big and clean room, good size bathroom with big shower. Hotel is on the main road, but it was reasonably quiet. Staff was fantastic, polite and very helpful Good location if you are staying on business purposes, close to the airport, city center is 4 km.

SerbiaThe hotel definitely doesn’t have 4 stars as it claims. It is a pretty basic hotel with no conventional restaurant or bar (there’s breakfast room only). The room has a minibar with bottled water sold for 2.5 eur which is way too high for Bosnia.

Saudi ArabiaThe Air condition is the worst during summer season. As the split is on the floor and at the corner of the room so no way to cool up the room through this AC. I requested the hotel reception staff to check and fix it up, he was refusing to get into the room as he is the only employee working on the hotel during night shift so he could not leave the reception counter to help me on fixing or stabilizing the AC temp. I will not repeat staying on 4 starts hotel that is not facilitated with a proper or appropriate Air condition specially during summer ( June, July and August)
