It was fine - nothing to complain about at that price range.

The location is brilliant - right next to the old town. We checked in late (due to the bus!), dropped the bags and immediately walked out and into the bustling evening bascarsija market - a feast for the senses. The place is basic but it is superb value for money, absolutely ideal for budget travellers. Aircon is good and absolutely clean and tidy. Right next to a major taxi rank that is operational all hours too, so our super early flight out was no issue at all.

The apartment is on a busy street, so it gets quite noisy, we had earplugs so it helped us to sleep, just FYI if you are sensitive to noises you might reconsider.

The location is amazing! Everything is within walking distance, the wifi works very well.

I did not care for the towels being very little. The bathroom floor was not separated from the shower so the kids kept getting their socks wet or had to be picked up to use the toilet. The sink was way too small to wash your face without hitting your head on the cabinet. However, the rates were great for what was included.

It was quite noisy as I think there were some construction works nearby during the day. You can also hear the traffic, but that's unavoidable because of the location. I would also appreciate some cups in the room.

The location is perfect, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Even though I arrived long before the check-in time, I could leave my suitcase at the reception not far from the apartment. The room itself is nice and clean.

The rooms and hotel is quite small, just beds and a bathroom. The smell of the place could be better, smells like cleaning products and not fresh. And when we checked in at first we had to call to find the owner as the door was locked and nobody answered our knocks.

Location right in the heart of the Bascarsija. very lively and accessible late at night. Beautiful place for traditional bosnian coffee and sweet in the morning. Money exchange everywhere in the streets and parking available for 24 hours 1 min down the guesthouse. Value for money and great location. Staff Sabina and one of our Albanian friend at the reception were really helpful. Highly recommended!!

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. There were multiple issues that made the experience far from enjoyable. First, the room had a noticeable presence of flies and spiders, which was unsettling and gave the impression that cleanliness and pest control were not a priority. Additionally, there was a full day without internet and electricity, which was extremely inconvenient and frustrating, especially when traveling and relying on these services for planning and communication. There was no clear communication or compensation offered for this disruption, which made the situation even worse. Overall, I did not feel comfortable during my stay and would not choose to return or recommend this place to others unless significant improvements are made.

When I arrived in Sarajevo early in the morning, the two people working at the bar connected to this accommodation were very helpful and assisted me with everything I needed, even though check-in was later. I’d say they are really kind I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I love the location, right in the heart of Old Town. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable. I love that the toilet has a bidet spray. Toiletries are provided. Easy check in and check out. Same building as Cafe Saray which is a sweet shop and where u can have a coffee and baklava. The owners were responsive and helpful.

The shower was messy, it was obvious that they didn’t clean after previous guests. Beds were looking like fresh but I found hairs on it. We talked to the owner and they cleaned everything immediately but we still had this not pleasant impression about the cleanliness.

This place located in the city center, close to the bus/tram stop, easy to explore the city or to reach airport/bus station. Stuff was friendly and helpful.
