Although we didn't have the chance to try the breakfast, everything else about our stay was fantastic. The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from all the major attractions, making it the perfect base for sightseeing. Some corners in the bathroom had been probably overlooked while cleaning the room.

We stayed for one night to visit Mostar. The staff were fluent in English and were very professional and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and they offered some recommendations for places to have dinner which proved excellent. They also allowed us to leave our car parked even after checking out the next day, which gave us a bit more time for sightseeing. The room itself was adequate and had everything we needed. I would stay again in this hotel , recommended!

The room is a little too plain and overcrowded with furniture. I wonder how 3 persons could fit with luggage. We were only 2, so it was not a problem for us.

The location was excellent. Short walk to the center and reaching the motorway was also very easy. The staff was kind and helpful with good English. We liked the breakfast as well. The receptionist even helped us with parking the car in the courtyard.

I slept in the room 104 . It’ bigger well equiped. Bur small step near bathroom changes everything! At night I used bathroom, do not swich on light because your wife sleeps. I hit that step with full streght. Ithas to be demolished!!!!

Happy with my entire stay at the Hana

A very nice place in which to stay and excellently located, especially if you are a fan of the rebuilt Mostar bridge. The hotel is five minutes from the bridge. Great help from two receptionists. Relaxing environment. Would strongly recommend if you want a three night stay in rebuilt Mostar. Best restaurant nearby, the Hindin Han. Less obvious place, quieter, the Neretva, a little removed from the tourist part. Other places to see, Stolac and Blagaj.

Big rooms are great but a bit cold in winter - would be perfect in hotter months though. Some small bits of maintenance needed around the room.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the lady on reception spoke excellent English and was welcoming, giving us information about where to go and what to see. She also gave us great restaurant recommendation and had turned on the heating in the room before we arrived. Great breakfast - I think we were the only guests so the lady in the restaurant served to our table and we were very well looked after. The hotel is modern and clean and rooms are a great size. There is parking available around the back. We will definitely come back if we are back in Mostar - thank you! One thing to note - the signs from outside say Vila Hana not Hotel Hana so don't get confused!

Hot water in the bathroom was not hot enough only warm.

You can't pay with card now and that was disappointing. You will get the key of the hotel and you need to lock every time you go out. There is no-one at reception and the cleaning lady doesn't speak English, so it was impossible to communicate. Checkout is at 11. Don't be 5 min late if not the lady will nock on your door even though the hotel is empty.

The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are spacious. Location is ok, just a few minutes walk from old town.
