We had a hard time locating it, a little struggle finding a parking place and parking our car, our bathroom door was broken and didnt close all the way.

Room isolation is too bad, you can hear everything around.

The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the center.

There was a lot of noise within the hotel as well as from outside of it which kept me awake. The shower was more of a wet room encompassing the whole bathroom which didn't drain super well and the floor was still wet the next morning, and the shower head couldn't be adjusted. There was no air con system (although there was a fan, which didn't do a lot) which meant our room which was in the roof got very hot, when we came back to avoid the hottest part of the day this isn't what we want!

The location is extremely convenient for old town Sarajevo, but it's on a back street that took a little getting used to. The staff were always friendly and accommodating to us and offered us maps to get around whilst explaining what to see and where to go. The beds were comfortable which was very welcome after a 10 hour trip by bus.

The wasnt air conditioner and the weather was quite hot. We couldnt open the window because there were flies, bugs and spiders coming from outside and our daughter were afraid of them. Also there wasnt refrigerator. The air temperature was 38 degrees on that day so putting our water buttles in a refrigerator would be really good.

The location was good and close to the sightseeing places by walk. The bed was big enough and comfortable. Hotel staff were helpful, friendly and responsive.

All sounds travel easily throughout the hotel. I could hear my neighbours snore and the people chatting on the terrace or even in the reception downstairs (I was on the second floor).

The muezzin calling is very fascinating...but for someone could be annoying at night or at sunrise. I actually enjoyed pretty much. Toilet is a bit old and smelly Windows don't open easily

Pretty close to city center: you need to climb a little hill Lovely neighbourhood, next to a mosque with old cemetery and roses. I loved to hear the muezzin calling

Top floor rooms are plagued by low ceilings, forcing guests to crouch constanty. Bathrooms and especially shower are not very functionally in design. Mirror on other side of the room from the sink, shower has low ceiling and no curtains, etc.

Unbeatable location and professional staff. Property seems to be in generally good condition. Hotel seems to try to make adjustments to property to adress concerns raised in some reviews here (window blinds, toiletries etc in top floor rooms)

The location! It was really super close to the old city, really warm-welcomed stuff. They allow me to check-in early but in another room that I booked. There wasn’t a work space but they allow me to join for my work call from Conference hall.

The hotel room we stayed could have done with a bit of a clean. The towels are all hand towel size and the electrics slightly dubious. As with most places in Bosnia there was a tang of cigarette smoke.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is an excellent location. Well heated all over.? There were some negatives to the hotel but you can’t expect much for the price to be fair.

Smoking comes upstairs, thin walls - you can hear other guests doing things and talking late nights, weed smoke coming from somewhere, no breakfast area, you have to go out to eat

There were times when the room got dirty from the shower during our stay, but that might be the only downside as the room was only clean when checking out and there was no toilet tap.

First of all, it's close to the center, and we were greeted by very friendly and helpful people at the entrance. They even let us take our dinner to eat at the restaurant, since there wasn't anywhere nearby for dinner. Overall, we liked it.
