The bathroom needs renovation, the door handle was almost ready to brake

VERY CLOSE to the city hall building (~250m) and the Telepheric (600m). There are 5 parking places outside the hotel and some public places (~15) very close. I had a small single room but it was spacy enough. Bathroom was spacy also. The breakfast was EXCELLENT for a small hotel like this one

It was located on a hill requiring a steep walk. Also a bit difficult to get drive to the hotel and find a place to park my car.

Not sure about other rooms, but some of the facilities in my room could have been fixed such as the door to the bathtub, altho I coped.

The breakfast is quite satisfying. The reception staff are friendly and always ready to help. The location is right next to Bascarsija altho yall who are not physically sound should notice that the uphill climb to the hotel is quite challenging because it's located on a steep slope.

For a hotel that has so much potential only major problem thing was the ramp in the way to it. We sometimes returned after midnight and with that tiredness it can be quite challenging for the kids and elderly.

The staff was absolutely sensational. Absolutely happy smiles we saw every single morning. Every minor problem was solved within 4 to 5 minutes including the breakfast extras that we demanded. Even when the heating wasn’t working they compensated it with care and brought us heaters. Best thing about the hotel was the sincere staff. The ambient of the rooms and the reception floor was also unique.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator, which could be an issue for some. Additionally, the location is slightly uphill, so I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly people. Access by car is possible if Google Maps successfully guides you to the desired location, but this can be a bit tricky.

The hotel is very close to the old part of the town, which was our main interest. Everything we needed was nearby—good restaurants and a few shops. The staff were very friendly, and there was parking next to the hotel. For a short stay, this hotel was a good choice.

The location of the hotel is superbe, a beautiful view of the city and in walking distance to the city center. The way to the hotel by car is a bit challenging but manageable. Some renovation of the interior of the hotel, i.e. the dinging room and - at least - of our room wouldn't be wrong (including the strange power cables in the bathroom). The breakfast was - well, let's say: ok, a new coffee machine for real coffee (not Nescafe) would be a benefit for sure.

Not really clean, suspicious red stains on curtains, lot of dust. Breakfast could have more choices.

The location is good, we liked that it had fridge and air conditioning. Food was tasty.

Parking! I chose this hotel because description mentioned free parking, but the parking turned out to be just an opportunity to park a car on narrow and inclined streets between neighbouring houses. It was very difficult and dangerous. Also it was very noisy in the room because of the thin walls.

This is more due to how Sarajevo is organized, but extremely difficult to park around the property, the streets are the most narrow I have ever seen. Don’t listen to google maps, take the main roads as much as possible until you get close to the property. Limited parking around the property due to restaurants/cafe guests taking up spots. Rooms are okay, very modest, not as nice as photos, they could do an upgrade on bedsheets etc. Cleanliness could be improved esp the bathroom

Facilities urgently need maintenance. At least the room they gave us. Super small but ok…but the problem is that the room was old not fixed bed, mirror, not super clean are and shower was broken. We arrived late and no possibility to fix it. Then at 3 am the pray of the Mosque enter the room super loud and long…woke up the baby me of course both us …on morning enter all the smell of the area of kitchen …The navigation in google don’t work…if you come by car be prepare to get lost.Not valuable for price.

There is a weird door between my room and the room next door, which makes poor sound isolation, I can hear clearly people in the next room.

The hotel is at the top of short (cca 100m) but quite a steep street, which might be a bit difficult to manage for elderly people and is unsuitable for disabled. Don't turn your car in that steep street when you come close to the hotel even if your car navigation shows you to go there, since it is closed at the end and not adequate for parking. Instead, turn on the street which is on right.

Very very polite and helpful staff... young ladies at the reception always smiling and ready to inform guests and help them with advices where to go, what to see and where to eat. They are the best value of this hotel. The hotel is quite close to city center, clean, tidy and in quiet neighbourhood. The parking is in the street above hotel (just in front of the hotel) with just a few parking places, but free of charge, which is great advantage of this hotel.

Shower was not in the best condition and front door have problems with locking from the outside. Some other minor issues like bulbs.

Location is great. It is 5 minutes walk from Bascarsija. Stuff in hotel is wonderful. They are kind and ready to help about anything. Hotel is clean.
