Nice breakfast, and friendly staff

The wardrobe door was broken, the toilet was only half functional, there was no furniture to put things on (chair, cabinet). In the bathroom, the light was broken. The window could not be closed.

The hotel is located in a very nice area. It's just few steps away from Baščaršija which is wonderful for people who come to Sarajevo for vacation and stay there for few nights only. The breakfast in the hotel is very authentic (with crepes, uštipci and homemade jam, sesional fruits and local salami). However, we faced issues with family room. The mattresses are really not ok, also it's in the basement with a lot of kitchen noises. We complained and the next day on our departure, hotel manager was exceptionally kind - he was even willing to refund us the stay. On the other hand, we saw other rooms, and they are extremely beautiful. It's an authentic hotel with kind staff. Recommended!

Family room.

The receptionists, both male and female, were really amazing, and all the problems of the hotel were certainly out of their control. Despite the subpar conditions of the hotel, they really tried their best to make it better, and provided helpful advice on travel. I can wholeheartedly commend them for their hard work and friendliness.

The hygiene of the rooms was terrible, grime and dust was everywhere, and some black mold could be found in some rooms. The hotel did try to remove it(via extremely pungent chemicals), but hygiene issues remain. These problems could absolutely have adverse effects for the immuno-compromised such as children and elderly. Additionally, the location of the hotel, while central, is very hilly. This made ascending to the hotel rather inconvenient. For drivers, there are two roads down the hill, one of which is unbelievably narrow and the other is oftentimes under construction, especially in the late morning. In conclusion, the hygiene issues in this hotel and its inconvenient location make it difficult to recommend for other travelers.

VERY CLOSE to the city hall building (~250m) and the Telepheric (600m). There are 5 parking places outside the hotel and some public places (~15) very close. I had a small single room but it was spacy enough. Bathroom was spacy also. The breakfast was EXCELLENT for a small hotel like this one

Very bad communication with staff, we arrived at 9pm they should have been open until 10pm but none was around, the hotel door was closed and after trying to call 3 phone numbers writen on the door somebody answered finally. Horrible parking around, allmost damaged my car, steep downhill walk to the center, painfull to walk back on the 45' hill.

Management was not at all understanding. Difficult location with a very steep hill. Not very clean. Old. They didn't clean my room every day.

It was located on a hill requiring a steep walk. Also a bit difficult to get drive to the hotel and find a place to park my car.

The breakfast is quite satisfying. The reception staff are friendly and always ready to help. The location is right next to Bascarsija altho yall who are not physically sound should notice that the uphill climb to the hotel is quite challenging because it's located on a steep slope.

Not sure about other rooms, but some of the facilities in my room could have been fixed such as the door to the bathtub, altho I coped.

Practically in center, but still has a peace around it. Free parking, good staff, decent breakfast. Honestly everything you need for a couple of days.
