Small, cosy hotel in the centre of Sarajevo. Not noisy at all. Well-organized, on-time transfer from and to the airport, very helpful receptionists. Clean.

The wifi was non existent. I needed to work from here for a day and had to pay to work from a cafe. If you need wifi this is not the place for you. It also feels a tad tired in the rooms which is a shame given I paid a little more to stay and work from here. Breakfast is also quite basic and not many seats. And there's no lift so one to consider if you have any trouble with mobility.

The staff were all lovely and super helpful. The room was comfortable enough and clean. The location is great - 5 minutes from everything you'd probably want to see on your stay!

had a fantastic stay at Heritage Hotel Petrakija. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit — always ready to help with a smile. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Sarajevo’s Old Town, just steps away from all the main attractions, cafes, and historical landmarks. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a nice variety of fresh options to start the day. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sarajevo!

The wifi was very weak. Could barely use it from our room. Also no elevator so if you have mobility issues this hotel might not be the best choice.

The staff were very helpful especially the female receptionist on the day we checked out. Breakfast was decent and the room was very clean.

This is not a complaint - the room was quite small. It was adequate because we had little luggage and were there for only 2 nights.

The antiquated coffee machine really needs replacing and although it was good to have local food at breakfast, I would have liked a choice of fresh bread and muesli as options. The safe in my room didn't work.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff are very friendly. It's not a luxury hotel, but the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. I had a good night's sleep. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

There was a shower over the bath, but you had to hold the shower head yourself. The bath didn't have taps so it could only be used as a shower. The outside area for smoking was small and cluttered

There was a problem with a leak in the bathroom, but I believe it has now been resolved.

I really liked the location and what really surprised me was the kindness of the reception staff, always willing to help you. That was fantastic! The hotel has a restaurant with excellent cuisine. A 5-minute walk takes you to the main street. A safe place, even at night. The breakfast is simple but meets the needs. When I return I will stay with them again. Thank you to the receptionists, you made a difference.

The size of the room, very tiny Lack of shelves, cabinets where you can put your baggage, stuff, shoes, cosmetics in the bathroom Lack of small shower gels I wish it was 24/7 reception as we had a problem to get in once. The key was not working.

Nothing personally but there’s no lift which might be tricky for some guests.

Great location with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfy. Breakfast was the same each day but lots of it and all freshly made so you could try lots of local foods.

Shout out to Abdullah for the best reception! The staff was great all of them! The rooms were 7.5/10 , the room is small, one of the beds was not comfortable, the bathroom leaks, and there is no elevator BUT the great staff and the great location made up to this and the total score we agreed on is 9. Would recommend .

Breakfast started at 8, which is a little late for me. And there was very little sound insulation in the walls.

The front desk staff was always wonderfully friendly - really helpful, very charming. Beds were comfortable, clean and simple. And the breakfast was very nice.
