Some staff were very miserable and not helpful. Didn’t allow outside food to be eaten even in our rooms. No water one morning for 3 hours and no real solution provided by staff. Restaurant staff were quite glum. Too close to airport runway and therefore had planes taking off and landing every 15 minutes.

Swimming facilities were great especially the indoor pool, which also stayed open till late everyday. Restaurants and shops very close by.

The person we later realised was the porter just sat there on our arrival and didn’t offer to help with bags at all. Room was still being cleaned when we arrived up at it. Room wasn’t freshened up at all over our three day stay. The lifeguards are not lifeguards - they should not be allowed to wear a lifeguard uniform if they just sit there on their phones in a group together - found that appalling actually, someone could assume their kids are in the pool and being watched. Not all the water slides were working. Hotel guests had to pay for a deck chair at swimming pool - never had that at a five star place before. Breakfast buffet wasn’t very good either - not five star worthy. But the price was good and overall our stay was ok, as we said our kid loved all the pools and that was our main reason for choosing the hotel as the other places we stayed across Bosnia didn’t have pools, and our room was nice.

This is not a five star hotel. There were positives - our room was large, it was nice and comfortable, we’re perfectly happy with the room. Very reasonable prices for spa, had nice massages, gym nice and well equipped. Our 9 year old loved all the swimming pools - both inside and outside ones.

Not clean area in breakfast area, the tables were clean but a lot of crumbs on the chairs from the past guest and the tables not very clean, the breakfast food needs to be better for 5 stars hotel, many varieties but not 5 stars hotel food standers.

Indoor swimming pool is closed for maintenance, the team for swimming pool are not friendly. You need to pay for anything you require, no iron machine. I asked to prepare one of the rooms for my marriage anniversary, they did it late and no flowers as they said system was down while it's paid and they did it for my kids room instead of main room !!!

There is huge selection of breakfast buffets, coffee, juices… We only stayed one night so we didn’t enjoy much indoor pools only for couple hours water was warm and clean. If you have small kids there is so much they can do, playgrounds indoors with fees.

Some elderly Restaurant staff were very rude. At once, one of them pushed my wife and the other one scolded me when I was toasting at breakfast. Probably, they were fed up with the some certain tourist profiles.

The performance was beyond its price. Foods are very good both at breakfast and dinner. We loved pools and the slides. Our room was very spacious, and receptionists were all very helpful and kind to us.

Breakfast was subpar even though selection was large. Ordered pizza at the internal restaurant...worst pizza I have had in my lifetime. Even my daughters thought it was horrible.

Hotel is huge, with lots of guests. Many organized trips. Arriving with busses, so the check in could be lengthy and common areas of the hotel are very crowded and loud, as well as the noise from the restaurant could be heard in even higher floors rooms. But the hallways are quiet.

Good location if you wanna stay close and with an easy access to the airport, however if you want to be close to the city it’s a little tricky as driving in Sarajevo it’s at its not easy. Very busy and crowded area, and if you don’t have experience it will be stressful.

Negative Experience – Dated July 3, 2025: Unfortunately, the reception experience was not good, especially with the two female staff members at 7:00 PM, as there was no cooperation or professionalism in their behavior. Only one male staff member had a better attitude. I also forgot some personal items in the room and informed the reception, asking for them to be retrieved. However, I had to wait for more than half an hour despite being in a hurry to catch my flight. The excuse was that there was only one staff member available to go upstairs and bring the items. Although I was told the items were found, I was forced to leave without them due to the delay. The overall treatment was unprofessional, with no consideration for the guest’s situation.

Intention of holding the passport While I was doing the checking the receptionist placed my passport in a locker stating that he will keep it there until checkout. I had to mention twice that I will keep my passport for him to return it

The complex offer convenience for those that would like to have more services (rest, food, swim, relaxation and small shop) in one place. The room was looking good and it was spacious. What I also liked was the breakfast that offered a lot of alternatives depending on each taste. The parking is spacious also but in the sun with very few places covered.

The property is outside the city, so you need to get taxi to go to old town. Else you can take the tram, but that takes an hour. The breakfast should have more pure vegetarian options.

Proximity to the airport and the Ilidza tram station. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and balcony facing the airport. The view from the balcony was superb, the swimming pool and the water slides facilities were wonderful. The breakfast was also delicious with different cuisines.

- breakfast buffet was very poor - waiters are hit and miss in their willingness to be helpful, and some of them can't speak English - few staff are rude and don't know how to interact professionally eg one guy smoking on-the-job, another was on her phone) - no iron in the room which I consider a basic necessity for a hotel of this size - it is far from main tourist area of sarajevo roughly 50 minutes on tram (although being the first stop you're garunteed a seat) - also breakfast/ dinner area has no windows making it depressing (appreciate this may be outside the hotels control but good for guests to know) - room door wouldn't open fully as got stuck on the carpet (might just be our room) - the walls are not completely soundproof - room lighting needs improvement (bedside lamps are extremely dim, standing corner lamp was low too)

- spacious room and lovely views of forests - very friendly and helpful reception staff - huge heated indoor pool (we didn't get to try outdoor pool given timing but also looked big) - very comfortable and huge bed - outstanding cot helped our baby sleep very well - a la carte menu is good albeit we only tried safe options (pizza, pasta) - airport is very close, making first and last day very convenient (10 euros one way) - prayer mat provided for salaat
