The beds were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean, and the surroundings were peaceful. The host was kind and easy to communicate with, which made our experience even better.

Location, staff, clean, big size

Great location - just 20 minutes walk to the old town and less than 15 to the train station. Amira was lovely and very hospitable

It was clean and comfortable with more facilities that I expected. The price was excellent, I would recommend it to anyone.

I tried on several occasions to contact the lady in charge but found it impossible.

The room was very spacious, cute and has an otantic set up. I liked the room. Everywhere was clean. The host is super friendly and caring. Instructions were clear for check in and out. The place is very near to a bus stop where you can take a bus (103 or 107) to the airport for only 1.8 KM which was super convenient.

Well, first of all, the toilet and shower are outside the room. I didn't know it beforehand and I didn't like it. Secondly, this place is a bit far from Barçarşı which is the most populated area in Sarajevo. Surely I saw it on the map and didn't mind walking, but I didn't expect it to feel so isolated. More than that, the outside of the building is outdated and inside was extremely silent that I even felt a bit scared, especially on my first night and had difficulty to fall asleep. I even looked for an extra place to stay for my second day. Honestly, as a woman solo traveler, I won't go for this again if I visit Sarajevo next time. The price is very low in the end, and the silence can also work well for you but I am just sharing my own experience. By the way, there is a kettle and cups in the room but no coffee or tea available.

We had a lovely stay! Amira was very kind and hospitable and the room was spacious and nicely decorated. The location was also so perfect - everything we needed was just a walk away.

The price was Very right. I had the whole floor to myself. The lady that checked me in was sweet and thorough. The room was large and comfortable. It was a shared bathroom, but since I was the only one there, it really wasn’t. The shower was a little strange, but the water was hot and good pressure. It was really inexpensive for the location. Had a refrigerator.

The entry was a little spooky and you had to use multiple keys and unlock multiple locks. The water from the shower got everywhere (though there was a floor drain).

Really small disadvantage is a wc down the small hall, so you need to leave you room

IM GOING TO GIVE AN HONEST REVIEW BASED ON MY STAY HERE FIRST.... I was due to travel with my 17 yo daughter.... When Amira realised I was travelling on my own, she was like a mother hen.... Despite me travelling all my life on my own.... She was extremely protective, making sure I knew what to do to be safe.... Not that there is anything bad in Sarajevo.... Poss the safest city I have been in.... Amira apartment is about 20 mins from the old town and you can go both ways, via waterfront or stari grad, her apartment is litterly less than 5 mins from the SCC shopping centre, where there is a vast amount of food outlets that I used, and amazing shopping.... There is also a very helpful chemist 3 mins away who speaks fluent English.... There is a huge children's play park across the street and it fills each evening, it looked very safe to me... Amira has everything all thought out, and it is very homely. Her husband painted several of the paintings in the room I used. Amira also very very kindly let me check in early after travelling over night. The bed was like heaven, and I have a bad back, but slept like a baby.

So if Internet is a Ness for you the WiFi upload speed is very slow.... I had some work to do.... However I think this may be a Bosnian thing to be honest as my mobile was slow also, and my phone sim said 2g....You need to have Google translate and be very patient with Amira as she has no English..... I think she speaks Croatian as well as Bosnian....

Everything in the accomodation was very clean and modern, especially the bathroom. The kitchen is very handy for cooking. It is also very secure and peaceful. You only need to walk a few minutes to catch a bus or tram to the central city. There are many cafes, shops and restaurant close by also. The host does not speak English, but we used Google Translate to talk. She is very patient, thank you 😊

The apartment is located on a quiet street situated about a 15 min walk from the old old town. This is an apartment block and not a hotel, You will have to make contact with the host to gain entry. I just banged on the door and the host answered from the window above the door. Room was clean and for the price it's a bargain! My private bathroom was situated in another room next door to the main apartment. Kitchenette had a fridge and a hob. Aircon was fully operational and worked both as a heater and an Aircon unit. Three doors to lock on the way in and out, so a good level of security. Wifi signal was strong with reasonable speed internet.

For the money, nothing!

Location was perfect. It is hard to book. I would like to stay again!

The bathroom is next door. The owner did not give me my change and still owes me Euros.
