Facilities are complete. Near to the old bridge and restaurants. The owners - Alan and his mum - are super friendly. They even suggested some amazing places to visit while I was there.There were hostel volunteers too - Moe and Theo - who had been helping around. It was a very great experience, considering this is my first time doing solo travelling. Will definitely pay a visit again whenever I'm in Mostar. ❤️

Lovely people. Alen and Sabrina are fantastic, and you're immediately treated like a member of the family. It feels like you're being welcomed into a home rather than a hostel. Location is excellent. It only rained while I was in Mostar, but the rooftop terrace would be lovely in good weather

Amazing people. From the moment I entered the hostel, I felt welcomed and just at home. Loved the rooftop bar. It's really cool that you can go there, have a drink and meet people. And the view was nice. The hostel has a great location, very central, surrounded by shops, supermarkets and cafes. The bus station and train stations are just 15 minutes away. And the Old bridge is only 5 minutes away. Comfortable beds and nice showers

One area for improvement is the payment method. Currently, it's a cash-only hostel, and it would be more convenient if they accepted card payments.

I recently stayed at Hostel Backpackers Mostar for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were super friendly, especially the girl at the front desk (whose name I, unfortunately, forgot to ask). The room was spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk from the iconic Old Bridge. One of the highlights of my stay was the balcony, which was really nice to relax on in the evenings. The bathroom was super clean and provided soap and shampoo, which was a great touch. Plus, they offer free towels, which is always appreciated. Overall, my stay was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Mostar.
