How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Verified reviewVery good location in the city centre. Parking available very close. Everything was very clean.
On Saturday night there was very loud music nearby until 1 AM and we could not sleep. Windows do not provide adequate soundproofing. Breakfast could be better. Our mini bar fridge did not work.

Verified reviewThe hotel is located in Trebinje old city centre in a pedestrian area, but there is plenty of public parking spots not too far. The location is perfect, close to all city attractions, bars and restaurants. The room we stayed was in an ancient building recently renewed and has access to the swimming pools which unfortunately we could not use because the weather was bad, but which look very nice.

Verified reviewReally lovely hotel, extremely clean and staff were great. Breakfast was great.
Whilst the location had stunning views it was a little over 3.5 miles to the old town where all the restaurants and bars are so it was an hour plus walk. A five minute walk to the bus stop where there is a public bus that goes every hour which is only €1

Verified reviewThe hotel is better than its photos. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and cheerful. The location was a 10/10. Our breakfast was the only meal I needed all day because it was so hearty. Highly recommend this hotel.

Verified reviewWe booked a room at the hotel, which is right at the entrance of the old town. I’ve stayed at the hotel before, so I wasnt expecting to be SO disappointed. When we got there this time, we were told that our room is located in the “new part of the hotel” - which actually isn’t a part of the hotel but a whole other building, on a completely different end of the old town. The room was the smallest room I’ve been in my entire life. Even in the bathroom, the towels had to be in baskets on the floor (which get wet when you shower because there is no door on the shower) because there simply isnt any space. We got two tiny beds (even though we requested one bed, but ok). I am a tiny person (1.6m) and even I could barely get comfortable on this tiny bed. I could also barely get past the bed to walk to the bathroom because of lack of space. For this price, I expect SO much better. Luckily, we only stayed there for one night.

Verified reviewWe recently stayed at Integra Spa Hotel in Trebinje and were genuinely impressed by the overall look and feel of the property. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean — a real standout in terms of comfort and design. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from Trebinje’s charming old town, with great restaurants and cafés nearby.
However, while the facilities were impressive, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. Unfortunately, the spa wasn’t open at all during our stay, which was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. We also found the staff to be less helpful than expected — interactions felt a little cold, and it was difficult to get information or assistance when needed. Overall, Integra has a lot of potential, and with a bit more attention to guest experience and clearer communication around spa availability, it could easily become one of the top stays in Trebinje.

Verified review- excellent location within 10 mins walk from bus station and steps from the main square in old town - delicious breakfast buffet offerings. I stayed for 3 nights. 1 of the 3 days the breakfast was a la carte and was very good - front desk staff was friendly and helpful in arranging a taxi for a visit to Tvrdos Monastery - the room was SPOTLESSLY clean. Housekeeping staff was extremely kind
I stayed in the spa wing of the hotel. It is a couple minutes walk from the main building. I appreciated the elevator to reach the 3rd floor. I did NOT like the air con being set to a minimum of 22C. Although I was relatively comfortable, given the price point, I want control of the temperature in my room. My preference is 18-19F. I shared this concern with the front desk upon check out and he said he would convey this concern to the owners. I also find it absurd that one is charged 3 euro for a coffee pod in the room. Again, at this price point, this is not expected If not for these two issues, I would have rated the location 9.0

Verified reviewNothing really. Hotel failed to meet expectations in so many categories. I will say the staff was generally helpful but not able to do much to assist
So many issues with this hotel and our stay. Prior to arrival I requested a parking space as I read parking is challenging. When I arrived, initially the front desk said they didn't have space but when I shoed the booking and request they relented. Not sure why this was a problem as plenty of spaces available Next issue, we were placed in the Integra Annex or as they call it "The Spa." The Annex/Spa is over 220 meters from the hotel in the back of the town. All of the streets are under construction so taking your luggage too and from the room is a pain. Although it was warm at night the air conditioning is turned off centrally. Called the front desk and was told nothing they could do and I should just open the window. That would be fine except there are bars and restaurants next to the annex and so loud noise and smoking make the room difficult the sleep in with the windows open Breakfast the next morning was terrible. I have seen multiple reviews about this and can confirm food is stale and poor quality A small nit pick, the TVs are big and decided to stream a movie. Problem is that the hotel has disabled chrome cast so you have to pay for their movie service

Verified reviewCentrally located to Old Town. Parking easy and nearby Restaurants and cafes easy walking distance.
Centrally located to Old Town, although construction is taking place right in the town square. Taking steps right out the hotel had us going right through the grounds debris. This, I hear will be for months.
