The location is excellent and easily accessible. the whole staff are wonderful. They are polite, friendly, smiling, helpful, and so kind.including hotel manager and receptionist Amna, Kenan, and Imran. They truly reflect the beautiful hospitality of the Bosnian people and culture. The hotel and rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast is super and delicious with a lot of variety of food. We certainly recommend this hotel very much. We will definitely book again in this hotel in our next visit to Sarajevo.

Hotel has a good location, it is outside the center but you can still reach it on foot. Beach is just few meters away and there are a lot of restaurants and markets nearby. Room had a balcony and was really big and clean.

The worst part is that we had cigarette smoke in the room at short intervals, most probably through the ventilation system. Only after midnight there was proper air to sleep in. The breakfast is really poor and shabby for a 4 star hotel. Except the eggs, only lowest quality food, but this is a constant in all the countries in the region (except Slovenia).

The hotel is a good one, all in all. The staff speak very good English and they are very polite and helpful.

Coffee which is served with the breakfast. It tastes like Nescafé, not a beans coffee from coffee machine. However, you can order a good coffee separately in cafe.

The arrival was very welcoming. Front desk and housekeeping teams are friendly and helpful. Hotel has an accessible location. Beds are comfortable.

Bathroom was a disaster. The shower cabin was leaking water from underneath, so the bathroom would flood whenever you took a shower. There wasn't a single hook to hang a towel in the bathroom. A bathroom without a place to hang a towel! All the walls in the bathroom were covered in mirrors. Who wants to see themselves from every angle while using the toilet? Despite every part of the bathroom being covered in mirrors, there wasn't a single mirror in the room. So, while your partner is in the bathroom, you can't dress or get ready in the room. Indoor car park was a nightmare. It was so tiny. Only 4-5 car can park there and cars block each other. It was hard to make maneuver inside. Staff do not care about your parking problem you have to find a suitable place outside yourself but thanks God there are some public places around.
