Great place to stay in Sarajevo. The hotel is located right next to Sebilj fountain in Baščaršija, so you can't imagine better location. Room was small but it was clean, cozy and had everything needed. Hosts were very nice, breakfasts were good. I really recommend this place.

The linen had slight odour of tobacco. The rest of my family didn't smell it. The toilet also had a distinctive smell, but it wasn't that bad.

Super friendly hosts in a familly hotel located directly on Baščaršija, the old town. Next to the tram station and the shop and bakery.

The room was dated but was enough for our needs.

The location was a big plus. Located in the middle of old town Sarajevo, it was easy to get to the main sights in the city. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and shops in easy walking distance. Busses and taxis are just outside the hotel. The breakfast was simple but good. The staff welcoming and accommodating.

Room: We booked 3 rooms. (2 double, 1 triple), thank you for upgrading the triple room to the family room. so the room is big enough for us. The room has a heater, so it's so good. Even the view is good. Toilet: the toilet is clean and equipped with soap and tissue and a water heater. location: it's really near Sebilj and the old town. Just 2-3 minutes walking, you reach the old town and also the tram. Parking: if you come with a car, better request for the parking, because we drove a big car, we requested, and the hotel, give us in front of the hotel. Breakfast: just find; they prepare bread, cereal, cheese, chicken slices, hot drinks, milk, and juice.

The room was a little tired, but comfortable and had all the amenities needed. But still offered good value for the location and access to a parking space.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Our car was parked directly outside the hotel which was very convenient. The terrace out the front of the hotel was great to enjoy a drink and some people watching.

The breakfast was ok but limited to yogurt, boiled eggs, some cheese and salami, milk and cereal, bread and juice. Not a lot of options, but you can eat as much as you like.

The building is a low-rise building and I got the corner room with a window that was eye level to everyone on the street and right in front of an alley that turned into another hotel and a residential area. Which means if my blinds were open, anyone could see directly into my tiny room and could possibly even reach through the window to take things. I had to be very careful not to open the window all the way and to close my blinds when I was changing. It was also awkward for me as a woman who wears hijab and if I come back next time I will be sure to not request this room (the other rooms were higher up than mine, not at street level). The wifi was bad. Perhaps it was just my room, but half of my very tiny room had 2 bars of wifi and then if you sit on the bed there was no wifi. So I wasn't able to use the wifi much when in my room but in the lobby it was ok. The walls of the rooms are also very thin and I could hear the chatter and snoring in the next room, but luckily the guests weren't too loud. If they were the type who stayed up and talked all night it would have been a big issue. The reviews talked about balconies but not all rooms had one (mine didn't) although there is a communal balcony on the floor that is usually used by smokers. The cleanliness of the room was ok, not superb, but fine.

The location was great as it was at the bottom of the big hill and two steps away from the old town. Many other hotels were up the steep hill which I was so glad this wasn't. The breakfast was fine, I liked that it was until 10am which gave me some time to sleep in. Breakfast was good but simple although I do wish they offered a toaster for the bread. The staff were nice, the wife who does most of the customer-facing work is pleasant and friendly especially if you make more of an effort to smile and chat. She would bring me tea when I would sit outside to read and relax after a long day, which was much appreciated. I am a solo traveller woman in my late 20's and I felt very safe and comfortable here. I am not sure if the price range was on the higher or lower end but I would consider coming back next time.

The hotel is a bit old. Some of the doors do not work properly. There was no kettle in our room.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is just a few minutes away from Bascarsı. The hosts were really helpful. They tried to make their best for us.
