Perfect spot in the old city center, the hostess was very kind!

Location was prime. A great spot to explore the old town of Sarajevo. I loved the kindness of our host family.

The bathroom, the lack of cleanliness in the cabinets. I did not like that the hotel locks the door at midnight and therefore the guests have to be back before midnight.

I liked that the property was very much in the old town and just a steep climb up to the yellow fortress. Whilst the first impression of the reception/breakfast room gave a bit rough appearance it grew on me. There is also a convience store just around the corner. The staff were pleasant to deal with.

First of all, the rooms were very simple. Not bad just simple. Due to light panelling towards the corridor the room was never totally dark either. Breakfast was ok but could have been a bit more varied. WiFi was only working intermittently except in the reception/breakfast room.

Great location - 10 meters and you are in the old town, parking in front of the hotel

Old room where we stayed (double bed and two single beds, which we took for us parents and our child), not taken good care of, old shower, only shampoo, no shower gel, the room smells like smoke, careless breakfast, with not much to choose from, WiFi not strong enough for the room. I was happy when we left the hotel

Wi-Fi very poor/intermittent in bedroom. Lots of cobwebs in bedroom Shower doors didn’t slide effectively

The properly is perfectly located near the old town, 30 seconds walking distance =)

The bathroom need more cleaning . They need to change pillows. On the windows full spiderweb and some insects on the room.

Great place to stay in Sarajevo. The hotel is located right next to Sebilj fountain in Baščaršija, so you can't imagine better location. Room was small but it was clean, cozy and had everything needed. Hosts were very nice, breakfasts were good. I really recommend this place.

Breakfast was good. The family that runs the hotel were wonderful, so friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had everything I needed to start the day. The room was clean and outfitted with everything I needed. The location was right right across from the old town with a tram stop 30 seconds from the hotel.

I cannot think of anything that I did not like. The hotel charged a fair price for the stay and what it offered.

Super friendly hosts in a familly hotel located directly on Baščaršija, the old town. Next to the tram station and the shop and bakery.

The linen had slight odour of tobacco. The rest of my family didn't smell it. The toilet also had a distinctive smell, but it wasn't that bad.

Great location, great value, friendly staff, good breakfast, good view over the city and Mount Trebević from the room, would definitely stay here again when I’m next in Sarajevo

Heaters stopped at night. TV didnt work. Bed and sheets dont give the sense of cleaness.

The location was a big plus. Located in the middle of old town Sarajevo, it was easy to get to the main sights in the city. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and shops in easy walking distance. Busses and taxis are just outside the hotel. The breakfast was simple but good. The staff welcoming and accommodating.

The room was dated but was enough for our needs.

Room: We booked 3 rooms. (2 double, 1 triple), thank you for upgrading the triple room to the family room. so the room is big enough for us. The room has a heater, so it's so good. Even the view is good. Toilet: the toilet is clean and equipped with soap and tissue and a water heater. location: it's really near Sebilj and the old town. Just 2-3 minutes walking, you reach the old town and also the tram. Parking: if you come with a car, better request for the parking, because we drove a big car, we requested, and the hotel, give us in front of the hotel. Breakfast: just find; they prepare bread, cereal, cheese, chicken slices, hot drinks, milk, and juice.
