Good value for money! The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the old city, just a short walk from Sebilj Fountain and not far from the Latin Bridge. The room was simple but comfortable, and the service was fine. Overall, a nice stay and great base to explore Sarajevo

The room size is really small, we only had backpacks and were in the room only to sleep, so it was ok, but with trolleys or even bigger luggage it would have been a challenge.

The best location possible, in the middle of the old city, but in a quite street. Very friendly staff in a family atmosphere.

Hotel is very old and very small. Dont expect a big facility. I have added a picture for better visisbility. they need to do some maintenanace like painting, door key replacement, etc. Also the towels are very old and need to replace. No blackout curtains in room and difficult to sleep in daytime. However if you are paying less than 40 Euro then worth it.

Location is very close to old town and market. Tram station is also very close. Breakfast is enough to fill the stomach and worth for what i paid. Helpfull staff.

Location location! Just around the corner from Sebilj fountain and historical Old Town area of Baščaršija, with lots of 'bosanska kafa' shops, restaurants, tram stop - plus easy 15 mins walk to Yellow Fortress for wonderful panoramic city views. Small hotel, so very welcoming and helpful staff Nice breakfast in a basement room (served 8-10am) with good coffee and delicious local speciality - Burek, filled with meat or cheese or vegetables

I liked everything. The only thing which would be good is to install curtains so that you can block out the light. I used an eye mask and it was okay.

The staff, the cleanliness, the location right in the city and the room were just great. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nothing spectacular, but okay.

If you pay by card, you need to pay extra. Normal for sarajevo due to bank charges to businesses but did not know before arrived. Luckily, I had enough Euros.

It's located just next to the old town, many restaurants, kiosks and cafes around. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here in Sarajevo. The room is clean anf bed is comfy.

The walls are thin, can hear people walking around inside and outside the hotel. The curtains in our room are mostly for privacy, didn’t block out any light.

The girl at the reception went out of her way to help me with my request. The location is great, close to the airport bus station and minutes walk from attractions.

Firstly, I couldn’t take a hot shower at the first night. Secondly, management was questionable. When I checked in, the staff offered to hold my passport, but she just left it in the copy machine. I was worried about security so I kept it by myself. When I checked out at 7am, there was no staff at the hotel and I had to contact them via whatsup or viber. She didn't come to the front desk and the card which I registered when I made the reservation was charged although I wanted to pay with a different one. I may have had to wait for her and missed the flight if I had my passport held…..

I didn't like the bed, not comfortable at all.

The location is perfect. The staff is great. The parking space just outside of the hotel is very convenient. They serve burek for breakfast, but they do not advertise it... or we missed the information so decided not to include it in our stay. We found it out by accident from the owner of Buregdzinica Bosna.
