Not much to like except it was pretty close to center of the old town

Exposed electrical wires in bathroom, like 40cm from shower, light where flickering both in hallway and in the bathroom. Host does not speak english, He had to call someone to translate for him on phone. Some tiles in the bathrooms were loose when walking on them.

The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location was absolutely fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to Baščaršija, the heart of the city. It was incredibly convenient to explore the area and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Sarajevo. A perfect spot for anyone looking to experience the city's charm!

We were very disappointed with the parking situation. Despite calling a month in advance to reserve a parking spot, none was available when we arrived. This caused significant inconvenience as we had to find alternative parking nearby, which ended up costing us €100 for two cars for two days. This unexpected expense and lack of organization were frustrating and detracted from our overall experience. Clearer communication and better management of parking reservations are needed.

Amazing hospitality and a peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend this place for a peaceful stay in the center of the city!

Location is perfect for visiting the old city. There is open parking space in front of hotel.

The room is old. It looks like it was earlier a pizza restaurant which is now transfered into the room. I did not like to be in the ground floor and to have one wall of the room as a restaurant shop window (glass doors and glass wall towards the street). Bathroom could be also better. Cleanliness should be better with sheets without the stains.

I dont like the air conditioner, which is portable and can't cul aur in apartments, all nights is wery hot. Breakfast is so simple .

Location 2 min from old town, a bakery opposite, local convenience stores 2 minutes away. Parking was sorted by hotel. Best location

AC in down stairs apartment is a portable unit, it was not sufficient at all.

Good location.

The worst hotel I have seen in a long time. They define themselves as a 4-star hotel, but it is little more than a bed and breakfast. The furniture and equipment are quite worn out. The bathroom is tiny and the cabinets, towel racks and toothbrush holders were broken, so there was no place to hang the towels. We stayed two nights and no one came to clean the room. The curtains were partially detached from their rings, letting in the light. We reported it twice, and in two days, no one came to fix it. The receptionist doesn't speak English and seems to do nothing but sit at the reception desk 24 hours a day, merely handing out keys and little else. The breakfast schedule is limited from 8 to 9 in the morning. The breakfast room is too small to accommodate all the guests, who have to come down all at the same time. The only common areas of the hotel seem to be limited to a small reception and the breakfast room. There is no place to sit and wait for someone, chat, or read for a while. The value for money is terrible. There are other accommodations where you can get more for what you pay.

The location was great. Short walking distance to Bascarsija.

The room was hot when we arrived and the a/c was not working properly. It turned out the filter was dirty. We cleaned it ourselves and room felt much cooler. As advertised online, airport shuttle would be provided upon request (one of the reasons we picked this hotel). We ordered an airport shuttle pick up at 4:00 AM with the hotel’s front desk staff who confirmed that a driver would be present to take us to the airport for our early morning flight. This would have costed us an additional 40 euros. The next morning, the driver did not show up. We waited until 4:15 AM and decided to just get a regular taxi down the corner for half the price to make our flight on time. This was unpleasant experience.

Shower could have been better

The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The location was really good, a very short way (one road) from the centre to you were right in the middle but on a slightly quieter side road. Room was huge, clean and tidy, style was a little tired, but all ok. Ground floor can be a little noisy with people coming and going, but was fine.

Very friendly and helpful staff provided all kinds of recommendations for eating and sightseeing in the city. Hotel is just minutes away by foot from the old Ottoman quarter. Wonderful breakfast with local delicacies, many of which were homemade.

Very near to the centre. They arranged taxi for an odd time flight. I missed alarm and hotel staff woke us up, otherwise I could have missed my flight.

There was no tea/coffee in room. Hot water kettle was not in good condition. The Air condition was noisy. The floor had missing tile near toilet.
