Excellent location for an overnight stay in Mostar, Very pleasant staff.

Stayed in room 22 and the view was amazing! Could see the crooked bridge and surrounding area. Quiet, so comfortable, very clean. Staff was wonderful, they took the time to connect and made sure we were all set up and happy. Perfect location. Right by the bazar and a few minute walk to the old bridge. Highly recommend!!

The woman on reception was very helpful and friendly. Great to have parking on site, and the location was wonderful. Just outside the old town walls so it was quiet, but a very short scenic walk to the main sights of Mostar. Loved our stay here.

Great, central location on the edge of the busy unesco town. The place however is very quiet. Staff is very friendly and checks if everything is up to your liking.

Great location. Easy access to a taxi, but also right near the old town walking streets. The electrical outlets and lighting were excellent in the room. Lots of outlets near the bed for charging your phone. Lots of lighting options. Free, hot water, and tea set up in the room and a small refrigerator. Very good air conditioning.

The reception lady and Deny are so friendly and helpful. They offered me all the information I needed, helping me when I was in a loss. The room is very big and clean. It’s only about 10 meters (I guess) to the crooked bridge. And just outside of the apartment there are taxis waiting. Everything is perfect there! I enjoyed my stay!

Location, parking, air con

2 weeks touring on motorcycles, so light on support, all accommodation chosen based on the booking.com adverts and the hotel policies. Vila Deny falsely advertises. Advertised Fridge- useful, it’s 40c outside, missing, just an empty cabinet. Advertised Hairdryer- missing just an empty bracket. Safety- smoke alarm, just 2 screw holes in ceiling. Partner, now with wet hair, goes to reception, told ‘oh, they must be broken’, given a key to another room told to use that hair dryer. Room fully equipped, asked if we could swap rooms, told yes. We pack up kit, go to move, then told can only have that room for night 1 then back to our old??? Unpack, stay where we were. Payment- Booking.com clearly stated our booking was held against our credit card. Receptionist says it’s cash only and tells us there are ATMs in town! After eye watering usage fee pay bill in cash, no receipt, no invoice. Nowhere in the advert or hotels policies does it state cash only, or we would have brought. This accommodation does not meet booking.coms normal standards- BUYER BEWARE

Every single staff member is super friendly and helpful. The location is amazing with the Crooked Bridge just 2 mins away. You have to cross one road and you're in Mostar Old Town. The rooms were decent and clean. The rooms are nothing fancy but the price was fair.
