Looking down form the balcony, you are not directly on the water. Instead, you are looking into the yard of a business. If you look out though, it is a pretty view of the green hills. It is a bit far from town if you do not have a car, but we expected this.

A really comfortable room with a balcony. The woman who met us at check-in was very helpful and kind. For the most part, the view from the balcony was pretty. A nice shared bathroom with a bath. A good, cute, shared kitchen. The walk from the town, while a bit long, was easy for us. There are two small grocery shops nearby.

A little bit far to the centre of Konjic but still very doable to walk since there is a pavement the whole way along the main road. Would be nice with some coffee provided since there was such a nice Bosnian coffee set in the kitchen.

Very clean, cozy boutique style room. It was very nice to have a balcony where we could sit with a glass of Žilavka in the evening. Handy to have access to kitchen.

we didn't find a beach nearby just a side remark - there were beautiful pots and cups for bosnian coffee but no grinded coffee to use :(

It is comfortable, there is a well equipped kitchen, a washing machine - which is also important, fast Internet, a parking space and above all - a nice and helpful owner :) Everything I need when traveling.

Considered the price, no. Maybe the distance is a little bit far away from the train station. 15 minutes of walking.

The staff was so nice! I took the train to Konjic so I arrive pretty early. Nice and clean room, big washroom, washing machine, place to hang the wet clothes, local style of decoration. Everything’s so great. Great view, I even saw the sunrise in the room.

I have no complaints. Maybe the warm Water tank is a bit too small when all 3 the rooms are occupied.

It is a little far from the city centre so if you don’t have a car it is a long 15-20 min walk each way.

Room has a lovely balcony which overlooked the river. kitchen was well equipped to make basic meals like sandwiches.

large and clean room. very nice and helpful owner. Shared bathroom but it was clearly written in the advertisement so it's not a problem. kitchen and bathroom equipped with all necessary items. traditional Bosanska coffee served by the owner - delicious

We took this room according to pictures, in order to have a view at the river and to be in the nature. Our room had no windows view, river was quite far, garden full of trash and the other side was a road. Not to forget that all the rooms have balcony. Pictures not match with reality...

I didnt like the cement work scattered all over the ground flour. It disturbs the view of the river.

Apartment itself is amazing, comfy cozy n modern. Big bathtub washing machine n proper kitchen n balcony. Shops are near by

This property is former construction depot and still looks much more as depot. Pictures does not represent real look.

Nothing all was great!

Amazing value for money. Located just a short 20 minute walk from the bus stop it was a great place to stay. The private rooms were very spacious each with its own AC unit. There are 3 rooms total in the property so you’re sharing a kitchen and bathroom with other guest but we had no issues with that at all. The host was very responsive as well. The wifi was not working when we were there but it didn’t bother us.
