So friendly and so helpful

Large clean comfortable family room for 6 of us. Small family run hit3l . Easy travel into sarejevo centre by tram just outside. There was a very nice restaurant called Bread and co nearby.

25 mins by taxi to old town but very close to airport

Location at the center and close to airport and other attractions and good access to the main road

- Lack of room services. Booked 4 days and no change to the towels neither bathing supplies - Limited and fixed breakfast after 2 days you get pored with the menu - Although I booked VIP suite but the toilet is very small

Receptionist provided only 1 key room despite there were 3 of us. Showerhead is located really low. Sheets’ size do not match to beds.

I recently stayed at a new hotel in Sarajevo with my family, and we were truly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, offering both comfort and functionality — perfect for families. We especially appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and the daily housekeeping service. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with many major attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety to satisfy all tastes. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone visiting Sarajevo. We look forward to returning on our next trip. The hotel had parking, the rooms were quite comfortable, and it was quiet.

Breakfast could have been better.

The location was great.

One bed sheet, pillows, and a comforter were worn out.

Look location, decent quality well maintained. Parking available!

Bathroom very small.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast met our expectations overall, it was simpleand traditional.

The lobby is small and crowded. The reception initially asked us for extra fees because the names of our kids were not included in the booking, although the room was a family room and matched the capacity number. The manager was gentle when the issue escalated to him, and he solved it.

Passing through for one night, we had early check in. We booked the VIP suite and it was great, free water, fruit and sweets left out for us and the mini bar was stocked with non alcoholic drinks. They made up a sofa bed for my son and I had the seperate bedroom. Shower was fine and the living area was fantastic, TV received all foreign channels in all languages. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and place was very clean. The breakfast was fine for us, cereals, toast, sweet things and coffee. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to help us. The price for what we had was very cheap when compared to the UK An added extra was the toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, cotton buds, shower caps, they thought of everything

We booked this as it's close to the airport and we had an early flight, literally a five minute drive from the airport. Not an issue for us but there's not a lot within walking distance, but taxis are so cheap in sarajevo you can get anywhere very cheaply and there's the tram.
