Parking was a pain though as had to go in first to request they allow us to enter and raise the barrier each time we went out.

Nice family hotel. Family rooms were spacious and very clean. Buffet breakfast was also good and had a good variety of food. The restaurant downstairs was also very good. Burgers were great and kids food portions were also generous. The highlight was the Nomad date cake which was the best dessert I’ve had in Bosnia so far.

AC was not working well in our second night, which was annoying for a summer stay. Breakfast and dinner could be improved substantially with more variety and including drinks in the service (instead of charging for them). The car garage could have a tap stand to open the door rather than having to get out of the car to open the garage door every time a guest goes in and out.

The hotel is very comfortable for a getaway with spacious rooms and essential amenities. It is cozy with good and hospitable staff. Balcony was a great inlet for the nice breeze of the day. Rooms were spotless clean and the bed was comfortable, but pillows could be improved.

Watter in swimming pool was bit cold for kids and there is no hot pool or jacuzzi, although there are 3 saunas. When some food was eaten for dinner, there was no more of the same food refilled. Also no free tap watter is available for dinner.

New hotel with friendly staff. We had spacious family room. Breakfast and dinner in restaurant had grreat offer. Close to skilift and tourist tracks.

No atm, the only one I found wasn't working but managed to get hold of another later that day. Just needed cash to pay for taxi to airport, otherwise card is ok to use elsewhere.

The food was lovely, prices fair. Super clean and great facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly even though we arrived past dinner time, they still gave us 100%. Location is remote, but to be expected, with stunning views of pine trees and mountains.

The view from the room during the summer is not attractive. It was less than what I would expect for that price range.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were also helpful and accommodating during my stay. The spa and wellness center was enjoyable, as well.

Swimming pool and saunas could be at higher temperatures.

On the mountain where temperature is much lower. It seems that the whole ski resort is new over there. It is a bit weird how the scenery changes once you go back to your hotel from Sarajevo. Staff is great and speaks English very well. Restaurant, bar are great. Swimming pool and sauna, parking. It is a bit on a expensive side for Bosnia however you get a lot for the money. P.S. food and drinks are almost the same price as downtown Sarajevo but at much higher quality.

The jakuzzi was in repair, but that happens in other places too. Not a big minus to be honest.

This is a hidden gem. Just to chill in the lobby with the view is exceptional. Very family friendly. I loved it and I am coming back.

Dinner was very poor — few options, badly prepared. When it’s not a buffet, you expect food from the actual menu, not random, bland dishes like in a school canteen. For your reputation and your usual standard, this was way below expectations.

Everything was great no concerns.

Breakfast buffet could be better but good enough to not be hungry. The area in SPA could be warmer.

The room temperature wasn't up to my expectation. It was too warm.

The hotel is in a scenic location. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty decent. The hotel restaurant has good food.

There is NOT actually air conditioning (as advertised @booking please fix). Windows could be opened, but there could also be smoke from neighboring balconies that come in. The set point of the room when we arrive was at 22C which is quite warm…. Not sure why places set the heat that high in the summer - not necessary at all. Meals were a little unclear. Sometimes the hotel guest dining area (buffet half-board) was open and other days it was not. This also meant there was different food options available. We enjoyed the variety and flexibility of the buffet. Better communication could be improved on. Pool area is echo-y with lots of children in the pool which does not make it that relaxing. Wish the adult time was longer. This could also be mitigated with some sound absorption surfaces in the pool area.

Beautiful new(ish?) hotel. Some the details need a little upkeep/work (towel hooks, drawers, reading lights). Enjoyed using the spa and having a massage. The views to the surrounding forested hillsides and hearing the birds was lovely.
