Cleanless !!! The roo.ms are not clean. You can see hair and small trash all around the room. The furniture is broken even it looks new. We missed a cattle, maybe some tea bags or coffee.

We liked the location on the river bund. The hotel is nicely furnished but not well maintained.

It was renovated and very comfortable room. 5 minutes away from downtown (walking distance) the breakfast was amazing! And the staff were trying their best to speak to us in English.

Cleaning doesn't happen every day. After a few days, we had to call them to clean the apartment and change the sheets. The wifi could be better.

The hotel is conveniently located near Sarajevo's old town center and City Hall. The personnel is really friendly and helpful. Three people can comfortably fit in the spacious room. Parking is available for free on the nearby streets. Free breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which could have a bit more options.

Birds in the ventilation system of the restroom. The waiter was the receptionist as well. Wifi was horrible. It was impossible to have an online meeting. Must be cleaner, both room and the hotel part. Receipt for my stay was handwritten.

Welcoming, warm, and charming waiter with a sense of humor. Everything was close. City noise free. Nice shower head. Kind staff. Parking.

Staff were abrupt and in my opinion not very friendly. My room description said there was a kettle in the room but there wasn’t.

We liked that location and proximity of the downtown Sarajevo made our movement easier, as well as the fact that the personnel was kind. In addition the river Miljacka nearby, with some ducks playing in the water, was nice.

The hotel is close to the road with high traffic so it could be noisy during the night. Also, the AC in the room was making some weird noises while starting to work.

The restaurant is great! The hotel itself is pretty close to the old city center. The view from the hotel's territory is spectacular.

When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception. I went to the bar to call someone to the reception, and the staff member there almost kicked me out of the hotel. Despite having made a reservation in advance, we were scolded by this gentleman for arriving at the hotel at that hour. He was disrespectful, rude, and harsh. Even though we had already paid for the booking through Booking.com, the staff member asked us to pay an extra €15 to stay in the room we had reserved. Everything was terrible from the moment we entered the hotel. Although we had booked a room with a balcony, they initially didn’t give us the room. However, when we said we would contact Booking.com, they immediately gave us the balcony room and even offered us a gin and tonic to make up for the unpleasantness. For a one-night stay, I think we encountered an excessive amount of rudeness.

The next morning when we went to the breakfast, I didn’t see that staff member again. Apart from him, everyone else was very helpful. I was pleased with the friendliness of the other female staff members. Overall, the hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious. I would recommend the hotel, but I don’t know what to say about this particular staff member. Since he’s the first person you encounter when you check in, he could completely ruin your peace. Have a nice holiday!
