The room was too small and the bathroom wasn't that clean.When you want to get to the pool,you must go through the restaurant what isn't so nice. The escalator to get to the pool also often broken.

The swimming pool and the Sauna were great.The Hotel servise also were great and the breakfast was really delicious.

The property is aging. Room carpet is stained. Bathroom door worn out. Soap dispensers r hard to use for kids. Room window was hard to open/close. And no kettle coffee/tea in the room

Temperature in room was hot for our taste, especially considering the outside temperatures, it is huge difference. I believe it should be 23°C instead of 26 or higher, that was in our room 😁 this is not really disliking, it is rather suggestive thinking which would also reduce energy waste and make more comfort, or at least to have option to reduce heating in the room individually. Hotel is cute and cozy but could use some refreshing elements, such as lights inside rooms and switches for those, toilet door in our room could only open maybe 60° and not all the way to 90° because it hits the sink. Main door is old and every sound from the corridor or even other rooms is easily heard inside, noise would wake the kid during day sleep easily. For those with difficulty of walking, it will be challenging to reach without help, since the parking is not close to hotel. Another disliking is the allowed smoking by the reception, which makes it difficult to breathe on the entrance, and drives the smoke towards rooms whose entry is directly behind the reception, up the stairs. Only one side of the hotel has elevator, so be sure to book those rooms if you need elevator.

Hotel staff, location, food, service is amazing. Waiters, reception staff and housekeeping are all sincerely amazing, they make the difference. Smoking free zone in the restaurant is very positive and was so great to enjoy clean air during meals, which is rare in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Hotel is literally next to ski track and is close to everything, I can say it is on perfect spot. Restaurant food is prepared delicious, and waiters really knew their job.

Cold pool and pool area. Rooms need renovation.

Location excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. We booked Superior room which was small, after we requested to change room and they were so kind to transfer us to Classic room which is more spacious. Hotel is little outdated, needs renovation. Pool is decent size and wasn’t crowded. First day temperature in the pool was Ok, but next 2 days it was little colder. Also, the pool area was little cold as there was no heating inside and it’s surrounded with glass windows that transfer cold inside. Once you get out of the pool, you can’t stay out without a robe and towel. Breakfast was very good. Everything fresh and nice. Restoran food and service was good. Pizza in Sky bar was best in town. Live music every second night.

It was really warm in the room during the night, but opening your balcony door just a little bit solves the problem!

Great location, we had nice room with balcony from which you could see bottom of the ski track. The room itself wasn't too small like in some hotels and it was clean. We really liked our stay at the hotel, restaurant food was delicious, breakfast food was great too, you have a lot of choice, even the kids were satisfied :) Hotel staff and waiters were very nice and friendly. We will definitely come back next winter.

The only thing that I didn't like in this hotel is that you could smell food on second floor hallway and even in the room too.

Hotel is really old. Heating was way to high there is no temperature adjustment. It’s that hot you can breathe. No hot water the second night we stayed there. No coffee or tea in the rooms. Broken glass in the room just waiting for some ones child to cut them self. Iv advised them that there was a broken light in front of our room just waiting to fall on some ones head. No shampoo option just a container with some kind of shampoo no conditioner no body was. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel

The hotel is old and renovation is long overdue. The furniture in the room is very old and uncomfortable. One light by the bed was not working, and TV is standing on an improvised cupboard. The room is said to have a minibar, but when you open the cupboard it’s empty (as seen in the photo). There are no glasses or kettle. It was too hot in the room and the heating cannot be adjusted, so we had to sleep with windows open. The air was extremely dry due to heating. The hairdryer is very weak, uncomfortable to use and overheats quickly, so it makes it impossible to dry longer hair.

The staff was polite and breakfast was good.
