A Perfect Stay – Warm Hospitality and Total Comfort From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff—and especially the owner—are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I might need. The hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The room was fully equipped with everything I could possibly want, offering both comfort and convenience. I especially appreciated the perfect balance between independence and support: I was given a code for easy access, so I could come and go at any time without disturbing anyone. And yet, every time I needed something, someone was there to help immediately. Another wonderful advantage is the location—just a 5-minute walk from St. James Church in Medjugorje, which made everything incredibly easy and peaceful. This stay has been absolutely perfect. I’m deeply grateful for the warmth and care, and I would gladly return. Highly recommended!

It's like living in a small, elegant art gallery, and I was constantly discovering new details. Now, let's talk about breakfast. It was a daily treat that I eagerly anticipated. The locally sourced ingredients added an authentic flavor that I found truly satisfying. But what made my stay truly exceptional was the warmth of the staff. They treated me with such care and attention, making me feel like a cherished guest. And during my visit, I had the pleasure of exploring the beautiful Kravice Waterfall nearby, which was a highlight of my trip. Hotel Phoenix is more than just a place to stay; it's an immersive experience that combines art, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Phoenix recently, and we were really impressed. The breakfast was superb - the quality and variety of the food was remarkable, and we were under impression it was all locally and organically grown. The service was also top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly polite and accommodating. But what really made our stay memorable was our host, Mark. Although he is the manager of the hotel, he really went out of his way to ensure our comfort. His communication skills are excellent, and he made us feel like valued guests. What sets Hotel Phoenix apart is its unique blend of comfort and warmth. It doesn't feel like typical hotel, you can tell they genuinely care about their guests' experience. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay during our trip. A big thank you to Mark and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

I had a delightful stay at PHOENIX Boutique Međugorje. The hotel's decor and the art adorning its walls truly left me fascinated. It added a touch of elegance and uniqueness to the overall ambiance, making my stay all the more enjoyable. However, what truly stood out was the outstanding breakfast experience. Jasna, the was responsible for this culinary delight, went above and beyond to ensure guests were treated to a memorable meal. It was full of local grown food, quality of the food was exceptional, and it set a positive tone for the rest of the day. Overall, my stay at PHOENIX Boutique Međugorje was a delightful experience, thanks in large part to the charming decor, captivating art, and the exceptional breakfast. It's a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and welcoming stay in Međugorje.

Breakfast was a joke. A good example of how a nice 10* rated stay can be ruined. There were 6 people me including at the dining and we had to share a small plate of scrambled eggs, few peaces of ham and cheese and bread. For way less than 10e you can get amazing breakfast with freshly brewed coffee and fresh bakery in town.

Apartments are brand new and clean, room is spacious and you get all appliances needed. They let us (me and my two mid size dogs) without any problems. The host was very attentive and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at the boutique aparthotel in Medjugorje. The small clean room we booked was perfect for our needs. The owner and his family was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They even went the extra mile by allowing us to charge our electric car. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, adding to the overall delightful experience. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast needs to have more choices (no sweet pastries, no veggies) a the time should be kept. We've waited for breakfast till 9:15.

Great location (next to supermarket, restaurant, bus stop, close to church). Nice clean room with AC, towels, toiletries.

The staff was so rude my kid splashed some pop up against the wall and they wanted to throw me out of the hotel over it and I wiped it off and they wanted to charge me 250 pound great hotel and location but wouldn’t recommend the staff

We felt the breakfast was overpriced and preferred to go downtown for it. We didn't have much interaction with the manager which was a pity. We would have appreciated more contact and asking how our stay was going and if we needed any assistance. We simply had to work it out ourselves.

The beds were very comfortable and air conditioning excellent. We stayed in the standard rooms which were ideal for our needs. The location was good as it was close to the Church.
