Very clean, friendly and helpful staff who were kind and accommodating. The view of the city was nice, room had AC, and was clean.

Old Town is not within walking distance; BUT all the taxis knew how to get me to and from the hotel and were reasonably priced. This let me know the hotel hosts lots of people who followed these same steps.

The owner is so friendly and helpful! We felt really happy to have safe, good parking and could just take a quick and cheap cab to the city, that was always organised for us when we needed. We had a couple really friendly chats as well! The hotel is also very clean and nice and we were very happy we chose this place! Thank you!!

This property enjoys a beautiful and tranquil setting, elevated above the city and offering breathtaking views and crisp, clean air. Although peacefully secluded, it remains conveniently close to the city center, just a short drive away. The management is exceptionally kind and helpful, and the breakfast provided is of a good standard. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The Shower cubicle was bit tight for me as I am extra healthy, may be for that reason

We had the pleasure of staying at this small hotel run by two brothers, and it was an absolutely lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, they were polite, helpful, and genuinely delightful — the kind of hosts who make you feel immediately welcome and at ease. The breakfast, prepared by the brothers themselves, was delicious and thoughtfully presented. The room and hotel were spotless, showing clear attention to detail and pride in their work. What made the experience even more memorable was the thoughtful gesture of a gift upon departure — a unique and heartwarming touch that we’ll always remember. Thank you both for your hospitality.

The place was clean, the staff were polite and helpful, the breakfast had a good selection.

The location, being on a somewhat narrow and steep road, might be hard to reach for those unused to the conditions and traffic.

So we are two male friends who booked this well in advance, by mistake which I take full responsibility for I booked a double instead of a twin room, on arrival into the room I realised and spoke to the owner/manager, he was completely uncompromising about the whole situation, the tone was rude bordering aggressive, I simply asked if we could get a twin room to which he said they are fully booked, I then suggested a single mattress would do or some other arrangement so we could sleep separately, eventually he agreed to arrange a sofa bed for us but for the following day and we would have to share the bed for tonight, I agreed to this and was satisfied, the next day i reminded the owner/manager about this and he almost immediately and abruptly said he can't help us and the sofa bed option is off the table, basically you will have to stick it out for 3 nights, I reminded him we had already agreed on a sofa bed what he wasn't willing to accommodate us at all, again very rude and up front. Another unrelated incident was on the 2nd day we saw a couple who were checking out and the receptionist offered them a parting gift as a thank you, no such offering was made to us on our checkout, this is also something we noticed and felt. It was our first time in Bosnia, we loved it and will return however the hotel did manage to sour our experience just that little.

We will definitely come back again, because this place is the best one in Sarajevo. Amazing view to the city. Many thanks to the hosts and all the staff who’s working there. Adorable place. 💯 recommend

Hotel Villa Harmony was a great hotel with incredible value for your money. They provided excellent hospitality and were always ready to assist with anything that we needed. The rooms were comfortable and the view from the balcony was fantastic. My son (9 years) said he felt like a king while he stayed there.

Quiet, comfortable, clean, free parking and breakfast included. Great view of the city from the balcony, especially at sunset when we arrived.
