There were some cobwebs in our room that could have been dusted away before our stay but that is about it.

The location is amazing, it's just outside of Old Town so that you could leave the hustle and bustle and come to a calmer bend of the river. The view was stunning from our room and it was so nice to sit on our own little terrace in the night. The personnel was really the highlight of our stay, they were so helpful and kind. We felt welcomed and taken care of. The bed was comfortable and the driver to airport was kind.

The rainshower did not work and wasn't even piped in even though it was fitted to the wall. Too many spiders and spiderwebs

Loved the balcony onto the river from the room. The restaurant also had beautiful setting and decor along with really friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very tasty and could do with a bit more variety as it was the same every day.

The location is very convenient and close to the city centre through walking rather than a taxi or drive. Our room overlooked the river which was beautiful and felt like we were far from the city. The staff are super friendly, very helpful and accommodate your needs for example we were able to leave our luggage after check out which was brilliant for us.

The only "issue" we noticed was that the bed linens were a bit worn/frayed. There we no question about them being absolutely clean and ironed etc. so this "issue" did not concern us.

The staff/owner family was amazing! We booked the place the same day and contacted them before booking as we knew our arrival time would be later than they had indicated that they were open. They said it was no problem, and even if we arrived later than we had thought when speaking to them due to long queues at the border, they were still up waiting for us. I've never been so happy about someone calling my name on the street! The places is clean, close to the old town if Sarajevo and have street parking, super convenient. The owners/staff really did everything in terms of service, e.g. offering umbrellas in the rain even if we were officially check out.

Nothing- was basic- but reflected in the price

The room was basic and small, just as described, but it worked perfectly for the two of us. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was excellent—just a few minutes' walk to the main square, overlooking the river and right on a walking path. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely recommend it.

It was a quite unique experience. I visited Sarajevo many times, but this is quite different than what I have ever seen. It's on the river, very near the river, I think this was beautiful, you hear the sound of nature all the time. Facilities modest, but really very clean. You get what you were promised.

No single hanger or a hook in the room, you don't know where to put your clothes. The room was small, weird shape with a nice terrace. We struggled with the bed, it wasn't comfy at all, the matrices slide apart. No card payment. The WiFi was weak.

The location is great, very close to Bas Carsija. There is a parking, opposite side of the hotel, a little bit scary to cross the road, but it's secured parking. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice.

Amazing location — right by the river and just steps from the historic city center. We had a room with a river view, and it was lovely to relax on the balcony. The breakfast was tasty and served with a beautiful view.

One little thing was that our room was under the restaurant and some nights the noise was uncomfortable.

The location and the stuff was great. The hotel has a gorgeous view right on the river and is very close to the old town. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. A great bonus for us was the parking spot.

The sound of the river could be heard in our room. If you are sensitive to noise, you might want to use earplugs when sleeping.

Hotel with a unique location, directly at the river and very close to the city center - just walk for five minutes. Our room was very small, with a narrow bed, but had a small balcony stretching out over the water. The breakfast buffet provided a lot of choices. Coffee was good!
