Great location in the city center, clean, spacious and modern rooms and very friendly hosts. Luggage storage was also possible so we could make the most of our stay in Sarajevo. Highly recommend to stay here!

Nothing. Just a note that it is situated at the main road so you can hear the tram but that didn’t botter us at all.

Lovely room, beds were fantastic. Also very good pillows. Enough supplies available. Room was spacious and clean. In de hallway there was a waterdispenser you could use which was really nice with the hot temperatures outside. AC worked good. Great location. 2 min from the cathedral and tram stop. And Erol was really nice and helpfull.

Had to pay a pending balance in cash, which was inconvenient. This seems common in the region, but still a hassle if you don’t have cash.

Very clean room with helpful hosts. Great location—3 minutes from the cathedral and across from a tram stop. They allowed us to leave luggage after checkout and offered an airport transfer service (worth taking). I loved the water dispenser near the room.

The shower is open, so the bathroom tends to get a bit wet when one uses it; the hairdryer was not working properly.

Exceptional stay at Platinum rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the start. They addressed any questions I had and also advised me how to get airport shuttle from airport to location near hotel. Perfect location.

Great location: The alleyway out the back leads one directly into the Old Town within a matter of seconds, and there are coffee shops, bakeries and markets available literally a few meters away. (Tip: The local pie shop located directly across the road should not be missed.) Clean & comfortable bedroom, incl. a fridge & coffee station. Spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Great provisioning of towels as well as personal toiletries. Solid Wi-Fi and heating in the room. Water dispenser & endless supply of Bon-Bons available in the reception area was a nice touch. The host Erol is also absolutely great - very helpful and always contactable. I would definitely stay here again.

The very mini negative was the room/Bed never got cleaned/made after each day. The bin were abit full by the time we finished our stay. We stayed 4 nights. But if I was to ask the host for a cleaner I’m 💯sure he would have done that. But I would still recommend platinum rooms hotel.

No breakfast provided but they did have a kettle. The toilet could have been cleaner as there was hair on the seat and I knew it wasn't clean.

The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to everything. Even though it's on a main street, the windows were glazed well so we didn't hear the noise or affected our sleep. Receptionist - Errol tried to help me despite not knowing any English but we managed with Google translate. Bed was quite comfortable.

All was good as expected. Erol was there for all we needed. We did not need much but he was still there. Room was clean and comfortable, very nice decoration. Other parts of the building are old but Erol cannot do anything about it. Location is TOP for the stay in Sarajevo.
