Great location in the Center, safe area, very friendly host, clean room, easy to access, lots of shops in the area.

I was satisfied with everything, especially the large terrace which was perfect for relaxing and spending time with family.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Excellent. Very comfortable in every way and perfect location for the old town.

It’s located on a very noisy road but having said that our sleep wasn’t too disturbed.

Great location in the city center, clean, spacious and modern rooms and very friendly hosts. Luggage storage was also possible so we could make the most of our stay in Sarajevo. Highly recommend to stay here!

Lovely room, beds were fantastic. Also very good pillows. Enough supplies available. Room was spacious and clean. In de hallway there was a waterdispenser you could use which was really nice with the hot temperatures outside. AC worked good. Great location. 2 min from the cathedral and tram stop. And Erol was really nice and helpfull.

Nothing. Just a note that it is situated at the main road so you can hear the tram but that didn’t botter us at all.

Very clean room with helpful hosts. Great location—3 minutes from the cathedral and across from a tram stop. They allowed us to leave luggage after checkout and offered an airport transfer service (worth taking). I loved the water dispenser near the room.

Had to pay a pending balance in cash, which was inconvenient. This seems common in the region, but still a hassle if you don’t have cash.

Good room and host was very accommodating. Close to downtown.

The central location, close to all the main attractions, and the nice attitude of the owners. I absolutely recommend this apartment.

The shower is open, so the bathroom tends to get a bit wet when one uses it; the hairdryer was not working properly.

Exceptional stay at Platinum rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the start. They addressed any questions I had and also advised me how to get airport shuttle from airport to location near hotel. Perfect location.

Great location, nice and clean room. I also loved how responsive were the owners, very kind .... And I adored nice balcony overlooking the street.

Great location: The alleyway out the back leads one directly into the Old Town within a matter of seconds, and there are coffee shops, bakeries and markets available literally a few meters away. (Tip: The local pie shop located directly across the road should not be missed.) Clean & comfortable bedroom, incl. a fridge & coffee station. Spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Great provisioning of towels as well as personal toiletries. Solid Wi-Fi and heating in the room. Water dispenser & endless supply of Bon-Bons available in the reception area was a nice touch. The host Erol is also absolutely great - very helpful and always contactable. I would definitely stay here again.
