Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Saudi ArabiaThere is knocking noise in rooms 715 and 718 stopping us from nice sleep. The front desk staff receptionist are ok.. but, some of them tuff the way they answer the costumer. Just they need to have courses in how to deal with costumers.

United Arab EmiratesBreakfast was poor and I suggest booking without breakfast, the water boiler in the room was extremely dirty, hair dryer was old and not good, I asked for a clothes iron and they brought it to my room but was dirty, some receptionist were not friendly and the gym was not good (poor ventilation and old machines).
The room was big and clean, the toilet was clean. Reception staff ( Amna) was kind to me.

SerbiaFront desk people are too young and very unprofessional . They are not helpful and not very interested in any kind of work. It is visible they did not have any kind of training for such a position. We got a room where lock was broken . They changed room without any excuse. During the change of the rooms they cut our electricity in the room and we used flashlight to pack, Very interesting! Tomorrow our rooms cards stop to work after 24 hours. So I had to go to front desk once again . They fixed that without any interest in problem and without any excuse. Very interesting people.. In addition, hotel lifts are very dangerous. They are shaking well when you move and we stuck in one of them. Hotel is ready for renovation and some serious changes.
Restaurant was great. Stuff professional and very friendly. Dada was very professional . Food is very good. Only remark is that food offer is limited and not international.

SerbiaFact that they keep my ID istead of finding a different solution let me have my ID with me as it is obligatory by law. Staff seems unhappy and reflects that feeling towards guests which also includes slower service and unwillingness to make certain changes such as returning my ID. Breakfast is pretty modest.
Loved the spacious room and general room equipment. Some of the staff deserve to be recognized for their professionalism, especially the lady who served during breakfast. Her energy and smile made a good start of the day.
