Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandOne of the worst & dirtiest hotel ever! The furniture & the carpet in the rooms are stinky. What made it worse, our room was without curtains! We couldn’t sleep at all! Not mention the noise of the reception if ur room is in the 1st floor. The worst thing is the smell of the drainage, we couldn’t open the windows because the pipes were in the park! & it was opened!

The staff was helful and pleasent, willing to help and give some useful tips where to go and what to see. Brekfast was fine.
