Reviews of SAGR ROOMS shared toilet and kitchen

What was there to like if there were bugs, a small dirty room? We didn’t even spend the night there.

The apartment was in unacceptable condition. Dirty, with insects in the bathroom. The room was small and not properly cleaned. We only stayed for one hour and decided to leave because it was impossible to sleep there. The next day the owner insulted us and even used a racist slur against us. He also threatened us when we refused to pay for a property we could not use. This behavior is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. We are not pretentious guests so we know when we pay less, we cannot expect luxury. But there is a minimum level of cleanliness and respect that every client deserves. If you cannot provide this, then raise the price a little and do things properly instead of treating people like this.

I didn't like the place, it was not as shown in the pictures. My room look diferent compared to the pictures, it was dirty, old and smell bad. The bathroom also, in general I didnt feel comfortable and the beds were too old to rest.

The host explained well how to check in easily, very flexible and value great regarding location and money

You might hear neighbour room talking in the common hall by late night. But since it's a budget room price so it's all understandable

This is nice place for short stays in Sarajevo, it is simple, though you have everything you need. Host is wonderful and very helpful and flexible. Location amazing.

Utilities in shared bathroom and kitchen can be a bit updated.

Place was okay, room was quite clean, shared bathroom not really and there was no hot water. Location is nice. If you’re looking for something cheap and close to city center - it’s okay, but don’t expect fireworks;)

Dirty bathroom, you can hear your hostel neighbours through the walls very well

Fair price, very central location - the main square is 2 min by foot, clear instructions how to find the place without even meeting the staff. The room was ok tho smelled a bit of cigarettes at first. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathroom was clean.

Suited me perfectly for overnight stay. Good communication from owner ensured easy access. Hot shower works wonders plus kettle means quick morning coffee.
