The staff at reception, breakfast and maintenance were all very helpful and responded to requests very quickly. The location was good for getting to old town and Ilidza as it sits somewhere in the middle, with tram service very close by. Beds were very comfy and rooms were cleaned daily. A special shout out to front desk manager Kenan as well as Alina who went out of their way to help us during our stay. Would recommend highly due to the staff and location.

Being a 4 star hotel, I think the following can be improved: 1. Breakfast and in particular hot food needs to be served hot and needs to be more varied with more options. 2. Cleanliness in breakfast area and in rooms needs improving. 3. Provide more tour information and guidance on exploring the city. We had to discover and do most on our own.

I’ve read a few reviews and not sure why there have been some negative ones. We loved it here! The facilities are amazing. The gym is well equipped, pool and sauna are amazing and the relaxation chairs were so good. There was an issue with our takeaway breakfast for our early flight and they were so lovely and apologetic and made us one quickly as we were leaving. The breakfast was so good. Easy shuttle to the airport. Our room was amazing and comfortable. Overall, great stay!

Nothing - it was perfect

I had a great stay at Ibis Styles Sarajevo. The hotel was very nice and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the breakfast—lots of variety and very tasty. The location is a bit outside the city centre, but the tram makes it easy to get there, so it was no problem.

The only thing I noticed was quite a few spiders and webs around, which is understandable given Sarajevo’s mountain setting, but it would be even better if these were cleared more regularly. Overall, an excellent stay and I would definitely return.

Nice hotel, rooms are abit dated, breakfast was ok, staff very friendly and helpful. It’s not close to old town 20 mins drive.

Too far from old town too expensive rooms slightly dated

The hotel is aging but it’s spacious with several amenities and breakfast. The rooms are large and very comfortable, enjoyed our stay very much!

Breakfast was very crowded and some of the furniture needed replacing, the wood chipboard was pealing off.

no water no tissue small shallow swimming pool fits children only

Further from the old town then expected

Nice hotel on 10min drive from the airport. Even made breakfastbox to take away due to early check out.

Wouldnt choose it if visiting the old city center.
