Parking on site can be tricky (the nearest parking lot was full at the time, so it was a bit difficult to find a spot with a larger car). Breakfast could be more varied and wasn’t really worth the extra charge.

Great location right in the city center, close to the historic part, with very pleasant and helpful staff who accommodated our request for an earlier arrival.

Parking was a big pain. When we arrived we thought there was a designated parking area but that was not the case.l. We ended up parking in a car park nearby and for the full day, overnight until the next afternoon it cost us €25. Something to keep in mind. The terrace was a bit run down and lacking some furniture. However, we still found the location of this place was excellent and therefore still found that it was good value for money.

The location of this place is fantastic. You are only a few minutes from the famous bridge and in the room that we had (the top floor double room with a terrace) we had an amazing view of the whole town. Everyone can also access a communal terrace and a two-seater viewpoint that is very special. The staff were lovely, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Couldn’t fault the property.

Firstly the host of the hotel was incredibly welcoming. We had had a stressful day travelling and only booked this place last minute after another falling through and we felt very grateful. The location was perfect and only a few minutes walk from some incredible restaurants and centre of town. It was bonus finding the rooftop to see sunset.

The Property was beautiful, but theeee terrace overlooking everything was Amazing!!!!!!!!! - the customer service was beyond my daughter has autism, and they adapted to her for breakfast she wanted noodles i bought some and asked if it would be okay if they could make it without hesitation they did. A wonderful experience! Sinan Han is the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The staff are extremely kind and always ready to help, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal – just a few steps from the Old Bridge. I would especially highlight the beautiful rooftop with an incredible view of the Old Bridge – a true gem of the hotel! I felt at home and will definitely be back. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Mostar!

Frosted main bedroom door so outside lights penetrate into the bedroom making it bright at bedtime. Only linen was a bedsheet. A blanket or duvet would make sleep ideal.

Excellent location. The best in Mostar. Newly built hotel. Opened July 2025. Pristine and well decorated rooms. Only issue is outside lights penetrate frosted main bedroom doors so light comes through. Very effective air conditioning but no duvets or blankets. Just a bed sheet was provided.

The hotel was a little difficult to find and a little expensive. The outdoor space could be upgraded a bit with more tables / lighting.

Nice hotel within a short walk to the historic area of Mostar. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially with help parking our car and restaurant recommendations. Clean, nice, basic rooms. Breakfast was expensive but delicious and made with great care, we really enjoyed it. The location is great.

Unfortunately there was an overbooking and we were unable to stay at the hotel as we planned, however, the staff sent us a message a week before offering alternative accommodation at a near by apartment which turned out to be very spacious, comfortable and well-located. So, I can't comment on Hotel Sinan Han other than saying that the young lady at tge reception was extremely kind and apologetic and made us feel very welcome. So thank you!
