The villa could benefit from a deep cleaning, as we noticed some insects and cobwebs.

The hotel is beautiful with a perfect location surrounded by nature and mountains, which makes it very relaxing. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly, helpful, very kind, and always smiling. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and delicious, and the hotel’s restaurant is excellent. I also liked the extra services like offering scooter, and bicycle rentals. What I appreciated the most is that the hotel is very suitable for Muslim families, as they do not serve alcohol. I sincerely thank them for this, and I pray that God blesses them, grants them more success, and puts barakah in their place. Overall, it’s a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back again.

The bed pillows are terribly soft, and putting two together does not help. I had to buy personal pillows from the market. There's normally a queue at the toaster during breakfast. Adding a second toaster would be nice.

The first thing you will like about this hotel is the positive energy of the staff. They spread joy in the atmosphere and they like what they are doing. The view from the Ground Floor Terrace is breathtaking, particularly when having breakfast or at sunset. The rooms ae clean and spacious, and the balconies are wide. The breakfast buffet is very well diversified, I felt nothing is missing. I moved between three hotels during my stay in Bosnia, and the breakfast of this hotel was the best among them. The food ordered "a la carte" for lunch or dinner is super delicious too. Although the TV was not smart, it had the mirroring feature so I was able to cast movies from my mobile Apps and watch them on the TV with a very good resolution. The WiFi signal in the hotel is strong and has an adequate bandwidth. Finally, you don't want to miss the taste of their Espresso coffee. It's fabulous. You'd also enjoy a walk in the adjacent forest.

The swimming pool is for adults mostly, 140 cm deep, so there is no safe side for smaller kids.

The staff were exceptionally kind everywhere we went - I really appreciate that. I loved the house, the restaurant food, the game facilities, the swimming pool, the spa, as well as the children's park in the woods.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place. Great view from the room. The hotel restaurant has good food and is inexpensive. Enough parking spaces. Highly recommend for relaxation.

Dinner was just okay, nothing special. Our duvet cover had a huge rip on the side, but it was late at night when we noticed, and we couldn’t be bothered to ask for a replacement. The overall cleanliness of the room could have been better. Nothing alarming, but not quite up to the standard of a 5-star hotel. The glasses weren’t clean, and there was trash in the bin. The bathrobes had holes and rips.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff was friendly, and we got a free upgrade to a room with a better view. The bed was big and comfy, and the balcony had an amazing view. Overall, a good stay.

Transport was difficult if you didn’t have a car so next time I would drive or preplan my transport better

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The resort was beautiful and had stunning scenery. There was a variety of foods to choose from. The spa was amazing and I had an amazing massage.
