How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Our bathroom was separated from the room and it was very small. If you are tall, using the toilet might be tricky. All clean and good value for the money for a last minute booking.
Simple accommodation that does the job for a night or two. The room is small but well arranged, there is a kettle and 2 reading lamps. The check in was easy and our host extremely nice. The location is great, 2 min from the pedestrian area in the center.

Bathroom is very narrow, but OK for a couple of days. Bed sheets were not fitted so kept coming off when I was sleeping. But nothing too bad.
Location is excellent just outside the second city gate, walkable to everywhere. Staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Room was set out very well for a small one, plenty of storage and shelf space. Room and bathroom were both very clean. Large fridge and microwave that no one else used.

The way you have to lock/unlock the doors for the bathroom is very annoying, and the external bathroom is tiny.
Very clean, comfy beds, great location and lovely staff!!

There was only a fan in the room so still a bit warm on summer nights. Otherwise great!

Strqngely, the bathroom had a kitchenette on the far corner
We spent one night here. We chose it because of its location. The ammenities are basic but we had a room with private bathroom. Clean comfortable accommodation.

Check-in was not easy; we had to wait 30 minutes in the rain for someone to come and let us in.
Our host was helpful, helped us manage the parking ticket, and let us check out an hour late.

Just one thing.. air conditioner is not replaceable with ventilator.. it is a bit hot during the night in these hot july days

Great budget accommodation in Jajce!!! We loved our cosy room - the WiFi worked great! There was a fan to cool down the room which was perfect! Everything was very clean and the host was so so friendly! Would definitely return!

If there is a kitchen, it would be perfect.
The location was amazing, right in the city centre and the staff was really nice. Everything was super clean and tidy and exactly as described. It's also very close to the bus station, Google Maps doesn't show the right route. Highly recommended.

The room was big with 3 beds even though I was alone. The place was clean and tidy and very close to the city center and all the attractions. I highly recommend.

The hostess is a very nice, kind and helpful lady. Everything is completely clean. It completely corresponds to the offered accommodation according to the photos. Very close to the center, parking was free. The best accommodation for this price in the center of Jajce.

It doesn't have AC, just a fan which unfortunately doesn't help with the summer temperatures. Also needs a good floor clean, it is very dusty. Towels leave fluff all over the body so unfortunately we couldn't use them. There were cups for coffee and sugar for coffee - but no coffe :P
Quite a nice place, in a very good location, 5 min to the big supermarket and super close to the fortress and the waterfall. Very comfortable beds and clean duvets. Nice people running the place.

The final price was 10 percent higher than booked on booking.com page. The lady at the reception stated, they changed the price of rooms few days ago. They are not reliable.

Everything is clean, prepared and in order. You get a key for every door so it is secured. Location is close to the center and everything you need. Parking is next to the back door so you don't have to carry things. Easy communication with a host. Would come again for sure!

The location was great, very close to the main centre and near many stores and markets. The staff were very friendly and were very accommodating. The wifi was easy to connect to and was very fast. The rooms were quiet and were very good value. The staff were also very easy to reach, and respond quickly.
